While travelling by road, one of the most exciting part of the journey is the food at roadside dhabas, but out of fear of hygiene, not all are able to enjoy the experience. Fortunately for all, Puran Da Dhaba brings the same ambience and food in a clean and hygienic place. As you will enter this restaurant, the rustic jute seating with clay walls and oil lanterns will give you the feel of an actual Dhaba. Indulge in robust North Indian and Punjabi food with dishes such as the sarson da saag and makki di roti served with a generous helping of white butter and jaggery. For the non-vegetarians the tariwali machhi is a must-try.
Good concept of Starters at your table, good mix of Veg and Non Veg main course followed by sweets, cut fruits and ice creams. Food was not spicy and greasy. Chef Mr. Santosh , Mr. Ganesh were attentive and welcomed us. The staff was friendly and excellent service. Highly recommended.
We celebrated our baby’s birthday at “puran da dhaba” this month. Ambience and food was great. Live music had made the evening just perfect. Food with lots of varieties were served. We and our guest liked the starters, main course and desserts. Mr. Kaushik Banerjee helped us with arrangements and was always reachable to help us with our queries. Mr Sachin, Chef Mr. Santosh along with thier whole staff were very cooperative. Thanks “Puran da dhaba” for making our evening memorable. We would surely recommend the same to our friends and family. on 31st May evening, we had a great party of 14 persons at this restaurant. It was a fantastic and memorable experience of great food, lots of starters, kababs, variety spread of main course both veg and non veg dishes. The desert spread was good and hot jalebi was delicious. The service was outstanding and we felt at home. The live songs and music was very soothing and made the place lively. The ethnic theme was very interesting and enjoyed by our guests. The lighting in some place is pretty dark and needs to be improved. We definitely would come again here, possibly in winter
Wanted to to try this joint for a long time. This time while staying in hotel pride ,got the chance to taste Punjabi food. It is authentic north indian food.it is just give the feeling of Dhaba on the highway.
