Start out with some mellow mutton shorba while nibbling on a plate of appetisers – the paneer kurkure and karari bhindi are quite scrumptious. They also dish out a host of mouth-watering kababs including a juicy chicken seekh kabab covered in a crisp papad roll, a creamy fish malai tikka, and a decadent kakori kabab prepared from finely minced lamb flavoured with cloves, cinnamon and cashews. For mains, stick with the old, faithful sarson da saag, butter chicken or rogan josh with hot kulchas, followed by some steamy kheema biryani.
