If you happen to be driving back to the city after a getaway in the outskirts, Rastafa is a good place to stop by for a nightcap. The energy in the welcoming al fresco seating area with its bright yellow lights, wooden benches and pumping live music belies the stress of the highway traffic outside. Indoors, there are a few black leather couches with high barstool seating. The menu throws together a good mix of Indian and continental grub –the kababs, especially the anda kheema one (hard boiled eggs stuffed with spiced minced mutton and deep-fried – lip-smacking!) and the chicken-wrapped mushroom variety make for delicious accompaniments to your drinks. For mains, you could either opt for a chicken steak, cheesy lasagna, or one of their Indian gravies.
