Ready to Redeem EazyPoints?

EazyPoints are loyalty points that are credited to your EazyDiner account that can be redeemed for meals and hotel stays, in accordance with our Redemption Policy.

Redemption will be subject to verification of your account for authentication of EazyPoints earned.

• Join EazyDiner Prime membership - Up to 2000 EazyPoints
• Order Food online- Up to 50 EazyPoints

EazyPoints can now be automatically redeemed through the app by selecting your preferred and eligible redemption option.

Redemption will be subject to verification of your account (authentication of EazyPoints earned)

Redemption options are available at selected restaurants partnered with EazyDiner. Our Redemption team will share the names of participating restaurants via email.

You can redeem EazyPoints once every six months. For Prime membership, redemption of EazyPoints will be done upon expiration of the existing membership.

Hotel redemptions are exclusively available for Prime members only.

Please note that hotel redemption requests will be cleared within 07 days of the receipt of your request due to peak season.

Hotel stay redemptions do not include airfare/travel expenses.

EazyPoints cannot be reversed if the dining coupon has already been issued to you.

Any reservation made though our app/website or Concierge where your presence at the restaurant has been confirmed either by the restaurant or via bill upload/PayEazy payment. Complete reservations do not include prepaid deals and food orders.

Redemption vouchers/hotel stays cannot be clubbed with any offers at partner restaurants or hotels.

EazyPoints can be redeemed for dining vouchers.

Dining vouchers (worth INR 200 and INR 1000) can be redeemed when placing a delivery or takeaway order or making a PayEazy transaction via EazyDiner app

EazyPoints will expire if the diner does not dine through EazyDiner for more than 06 months (including EazySave/prepaid deals)
