I have ordered a couple of times now from this restaurant and there food is really good. You also get a good portion. So it a good value for money. My favourites are Combo 2 (Stir fried beef with basil, jasmine rice and spring rolls) and Combo 1 (stir fried chicken with cashew nuts, steamed rice and spring rolls). The service is also very good. I havent eaten at the restaurant, however I experienced some issue with a meal I ordered and the manager immediately called and offered a replacement. So I was very pleased with their service.

When they were newly opened they were doing well. But now almost every time I order from this place I have an issue with the food quality or delay in food  delivery. Once I waited 90 minutes for my food to arrive and when it came it was stone cold. I returned the food and after speaking to the manager about this he told me it will take another 75 minutes to deliver a new order. We were just hungry after waiting for so long that we just decided to wait. I am not sure who teaches them hospitality but this was not a very professional solution from the manager.

About 6 months ago started ordering from Thai point and all was good, then couple of months after that, they started being so bad with deliveries. Delivery is late, they don't bring what you order, they don't pick up a phone, and this happened so many times. Not ordering again.

They used to be really good but now there quality and taste is really really bad. I have ordered numerous time from zomato and later on it was closed on Zomato for while returned from there it down to hell. My last time ordering food from here. Such a good food gone really really bad.

Terrible delivery: 90 minute wait and food still not here!!! If you want your food the same evening you order, suggest you find somewhere else.
Moreover, tried calling the store (mobile), phone turned off. Brilliant.

My delivery order never came. Phoned many times and "unavailable".... My kids and I never got our dinner and never heard a thing but of course we were charged for the order. Unacceptable.

Thai point restaurant is situated in Al falah street near adnoc petrol station opposite citi bank this restaurant is very slow working I have order and I'm waiting after 32 minutes I received my order they don't have experience how to handle customer

it's authentic thai food in abu Dhabi. staff are polite and friendly, we discovered this restaurant by chance and definitely I am coming back again!
