positives: staff are friendly and courteous! Cons: food especially biryani is awful. to cover it up staff offered ghewar and a discount in bill which I denied.

Nice spot located in the Double Tree by Hilton in Agra. The staff was friendly. The have both buffet and À la carte options. The northern Indian food was very tasty.

Not a very pleasant experience for buffet lunch at North 27 restaurant. Reason 1: Not enough staff to take care of served dishes. Dishes were not kept hot and food was not refilled making it look left...
