This is a very modern looking place. Located on the ground floor close to Pakwan Cross Roads, it is housed in a complex which there are half a dozen eateries. This place is done up in style with the interiors done up in Beige colour. The ceiling has bright colours on it. The furniture is wooden mostly except for one circular table which has pink upholstered chairs, kind of like a high table which a metal circular partition. This place has been started by three persons one of whom has worked extensively in various top hotels in the country and also in foreign countries. One of the owners is a pure vegetarian but this restaurant is not a vegetarian restaurant. In fact, Parosa makes one of the best non-vegetarian dishes in the city. The food here is truly interesting. Amidst the huge menu with many pages of different beverages from mocktails, shakes, coffees, teas and frappe you will find 'Mascarpone Cheese Frappe' and also 'Freak Shakes'. Try the 'Irish Coffee Frappe' or the 'Mascarpone Cheese Iced Tea'. If you are bored with the regular burger try the 'Spaghetti Burger' here which comes both in vegetarian and chicken options. The bun is made of spaghetti. However, I would recommend the 'Tennessee BBQ Burger' which is a lamb burger. If you are a salad lover, try the 'Insalata Greca'. Order the 'Habanero Foccacia Sandwich' which you get in three versions Paneer, Chicken and Prawns. Or you could try the 'Parosa Fatija'. It has vegetables, grilled chicken breast with Pico Da Gallo, mixed Cheddar Cheese, Guacamole, Sour Cream and Warm Tortillas. Sounds lovely, right? Tastes great too. The restaurant makes its own breads and buns so they are always fresh and soft. Parosa makes wood fire pizzas and they have a variety of choices, so try them here.
Since I am a vegetarian - Veg cutlet steak was amazing combo on a bed of aglio olio spaghetti — mocktails were cool too. My husband, although had a mixed grilled nonveg kabab platter that is served in an old kinda iron container that has coal at the bottom to keep it hot —
Food was nice but service and restaurant’s maintains was not good. There was a leakage just under my table because of that my entire dining experience was a disaster. In such case staff and manager was also looking helpless. Was a bad experience. We’ll never visit again.!!
One cannot find better place than this in ahmedabad. Extensive menu, multiple choice for both veg and non veg lovers. Something different from regular starters of regular ahmedabad restaurants. You cannot get anything better than this, the director rohit sharma's across the world experience and f&b experience is deeply visible in the food, quality and services. Do try there speciality 24 hrs marinated whole chicken. You need to place order in advance. Also do try some superb desserts and freak-shakes.
The new restuarant in town serves mouth watering dishes, both vegetarian and non vegetarian. If you are a non vegetarian, do not miss Tandoori Pomphret and Peri peri Chicken. If you are a vegetarian, do not miss peri peri foccacia and Veg Platter.
