Ripples

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Ripples today. I was dining with my team for lunch, and we all left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

The service was terribly slow. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. Several of the dishes we ordered were incorrect, and the staff seemed unconcerned about the safety of their customers.

Overall, my experience at Ripples was overwhelmingly negative. The service was slow and inattentive, the food was mediocre, and the atmosphere was unpleasant. I would strongly discourage anyone from dining at this establishment.

I hope this is more helpful!

It’s a counter which is part of Avalon Hotel. The hotel & restaurant both r having Very Nice ambience.

Except when there is function in Avalon, the restaurant is Less croudy.

Offers Punjabi & Global Cuisines. But I would suggest Punjabi Food.

It’s a rear combination where all the Options in Menu seems worth.

Small concern is very less option for Children.

It’s a place to be.

I have experienced the worst of worst customer service in ripples restaurant. I have ordered around 8 o'clock and I have received the food around 9 o'clock. There were only four to five families for dinner then also so there was poor service. There were only two waiters present who takes the order who serves the food and do everything therefore the quality of service and customer experience was the worst. I have spoke to the manager but his response was also poor.
The taste of food was good but when you get such a one star or rather zero star customer service then the overall experience of dine-in becomes poor. Also the waiter was not wearing mask. I would never suggest anyone to go for dine in at ripples restaurant. I thought that it was restaurant of Avalon hotel so it might be having a good customer service experience but the first time visit was very very poor.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ripples, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This multicuisine restaurant truly exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the warm and inviting ambiance to the delightful array of flavors, Ripples is a hidden gem that deserves to be celebrated.

The moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome. The restaurant's decor was tastefully done, striking a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. The soothing background music added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.

Now, let's talk about the food. Ripples truly lives up to its reputation as a multicuisine restaurant. The menu offered an impressive variety of dishes from different culinary traditions, and I was spoiled for choice. Whether you're in the mood for Indian, Italian, Chinese, or Continental cuisine, Ripples has got you covered.

I started my culinary journey with their flavorful Indian appetizers, which were beautifully presented and bursting with authentic spices. The samosas were perfectly crispy, and the paneer tikka melted in my mouth. For the main course, I opted for their signature pasta dish, and I was blown away by the rich flavors and perfect al dente texture.

What truly sets Ripples apart is the impeccable quality of their ingredients. Each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail, resulting in a symphony of flavors that left me craving for more. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant feeling satisfied.

The service at Ripples was top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. They were attentive without being intrusive, and my needs were promptly attended to throughout the evening. The waitstaff's professionalism and friendly demeanor added to the overall dining experience.

Ripples also offers a well-curated beverage selection, including a variety of mocktails and cocktails to complement your meal. I indulged in their signature mocktail, the "Ripple Magic," which was a refreshing and innovative blend of flavors. It perfectly complemented the diverse range of dishes I sampled.

In terms of value for money, Ripples delivers beyond expectations. Considering the quality of ingredients, the expertise in preparation, and the overall experience provided, the prices are more than reasonable. Dining at Ripples feels like a true culinary journey that doesn't break the bank.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Ripples to anyone seeking an extraordinary multicuisine dining experience. The combination of a welcoming ambiance, diverse menu options, exceptional flavors, and top-notch service make Ripples a must-visit destination. Whether you're a local resident or a visitor to the area, you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to return and explore more of their tantalizing menu offerings!

Thank you, Ripples, for an unforgettable dining experience

Hii!

Had a chance to visit Ripples restaurant in Avalon hotel. On my visit I was given a glass of water. The glass was not washed and I asked them to replace the glass. The second glass again had the similar problem. I ordered black coffee which was again given to me in not so clean ceramic cup.
I haven't tried the food but with these two incidents, I forgo my dinner plan.

Visited this place for dinner. The ambiance and place is really amazing. Food was average. Yes, It was fresh but taste wise it was average. We ordered Rice and Daal Fry at the end. The rice was not cooked properly and they changed it. But they serve same uncooked rice again.

Very rude staff... So was manager... Kumar gyan Ranjan was the Manager and he didn't even tried to resolve the issue at hand..

Good place for holidays. Great ambience and have a very good taste of all food, specially Gujrati Cuisine
