I recently ordered the Big Bell Box from Taco Bell, and the experience was very disappointing. The burrito tasted completely sour instead of the usual spicy flavor I used to enjoy. The Cinnamon Twists had no sweetness or cinnamon taste — just plain and bland. Even the fries had no salt or spice at all. The overall taste and quality were nowhere near what they used to be. Because of this, I’ve decided I will not be visiting Taco Bell again.

Worst experience, i ordered from the app and hour ago and now they randomly just cancel my order, out of nowhere. They could've informed earlier. I tried to contact the branch multiple times via calling but nobody picked up. Seriously? I was so excited to have taco bell and they just randomly cancel my order. Nobody even picks up the calls?! Hello? Never ever ordering from taco bell application; and taco bell in general for that matter. Can't you guys even pick up calls?

Food was overpriced and not upto the mark. I had high hopes and left with “never coming back again” thought. Staff was so stingy that when asked for tissue they only gave one between two. Even with food only one tissue. Made faces when asked for more. Food was seriously tasteless. Took my sister there and she was so disappointed and left hungry. Fried had no taste.
