Food is not as expected.
Service is very good.
We ordered mix sauce pasta - very ordinary you can find better on Street,
Mexican bruschetta - we didn't like.
Cheese and jalapeno croquettes - ok ok if we compare 3 items then cheese and jalapeno croquettes are so much better.
So for pasta we feel that one of the customer return that because of some issue and we heard that. Within 2 minutes of order we received same pasta.
In general they are providing 2 garlic bread with pasta. We received one only and we get to understand that we recieved same pasta which is served to someone, then we asked to manager and they replaced it.

Frankly, don't know who is giving 5* and 4* to this place. Dirty, dusty, stinky beyond imagination. I hope the entrance is repaired by now, so broken, no proper road, you'd break your legs by the time you reach the door. It was trendy once, maybe when it opened. But the owners need to do a serious cleanup. Staff is busy noses stuck in the phones, toilets filthy, worse than public toilet at a railway station! Only food was good, ok, surprised us. Never again

Hi Team,

I had booked a dining experience at Turquoise Villa, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad through Zomato for 1:15 PM on 30th November 2025. However, when we reached the restaurant, we found that it had already closed at 1:00 PM.

We were charged ₹100 as cover charges, yet there was no banner, notice, or update on Zomato or at the restaurant indicating that it would be closed at that time. This made the reservation invalid and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

I also tried calling the restaurant, but there was no response, which added to the frustration.
Unfortunately, this turned out to be a really poor experience with both Zomato (despite being a Gold Member) and the restaurant.

Given this, I strongly recommend avoiding making reservations through Zomato or booking this restaurant in the future to ensure a smooth dining experience. I am continuing to follow up with Zomato so that similar incidents do not happen to other families.

Thank you.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.
The food at Turquoise Villa was absolutely terrible — completely lacking in flavor, poorly cooked, and honestly tasted like it had been reheated from days ago. Every dish was a disappointment. The service was just as bad — slow, careless, and totally unbothered by customer feedback. For the kind of prices they charge, the quality is a joke. I genuinely don’t understand how this place still runs. Would never recommend it to anyone who actually enjoys good food.

Having a not so good experience at their previous outlet a couple of years ago I was reluctant to come here, but my friend assured me that the new outlet is better. The ambiance is soothing, with bright yellow lights, wooden tables, and sofas.

The menu was quite elaborate in terms of varieties. We ordered Fries and Nachos to start with. The fries were all right, but I was not satisfied with the quantity of the Nachos.

We had Arrabbiata Penne Pasta, a Strawberry Shake, and a Belgian Chocolate Shake for the main course. The pasta was good, but the quantity didn't match its cost. The shakes were soothing for the thirst.

The place sure is on the expensive end for a regular meal. The cafe was not bustling with customers, but still, the service was a tad bit slow.
Cheers!

Honestly, one of the most disappointing café experiences I’ve had. The food is below average — definitely not worth the price or the wait. The ambience feels quite dull and depressing, not at all the cozy vibe you’d expect from a café.
The management is extremely poor — they don’t seem to know what’s available on their own menu, and the food preparation time is ridiculously long, even when the place is barely half full. There’s hardly any staff, and overall, the service feels completely unorganized.

If you dont want to spoil your time avoid visiting this place.

We had the worst ever experience. Quality of food and service both very poor. We also saw a rat lurking around the coffee machine. They couldnt even serve us bottled water on a Saturday evening. Everything we ordered was below average.

The crockery in which the food was served was stinking. Our food was served 1 hour after it was ordered.

Worst experience ever at Turquoise Villa.
If you’re planning to come here — don’t. The food was bland, and served cold. The staff couldn’t care less about customers; the service was painfully slow and unprofessional. The place looks nice from the outside, but the experience is a total disaster once you sit down. Honestly, I wouldn’t come back here even if it was free. Save your time, money, and mood — this place is all hype and zero quality.
