Wind and Water Restaurant has to be one of the best European restaurants in town with a beautiful ambience and great food that gives you a perfect dining experience. The restaurant has a unique seating on a glass floor with a brightly lit pool containing colourful fishes underneath it. The open restaurant also has a waterfall and lots of trees surrounding it, so the ambience is beautiful. Kids would love it, so would romantic couples. The food is of high quality with good presentation and ample portions. The staff is well dressed, well trained and friendly. Do try their Tom Kha Chicken soup and Lamb Broth. Vegetarians should go in for Cream of Field Mushroom though vegetarian choices are limited here. Vegetarians should also try Lotus Stem and Water Chestnut, a lovely starter. Non-vegetarians can go for Water Chestnut Hawaiian. Thai Green and Red Curry are both good choices for vegetarians and non-vegetarians for the main course. If you are a fish lover, Salome Griglianto is a must try. There are lots of varieties of ricotta and various types of pasta if you are inclined towards Italian cuisine
