Great Place to have the Full course dinner but better be early by 0730.Worth food and Tasty Starters and Dum Biriyani was not as expected we can enjoy other Ghee Roti and Great Sabji Dal and Panner Items top Notch and Deserts worth to eat and Custard Should have the Variety Fruits like Cherry and Strawberry Jalgeera water was good till last worth to have..We enjoyed great food on 31 Dec 2025..Raghu was cordial and helped with food items..Liked Starters and ordered again and again from Punit..Sanjeeb was great who have been called multiple times for the clearing the dishes, Nice Guy.. Happy to Visit the place.. Later the strength have strengthened and felt great that ambience..

A quiet and cozy place for breakfast with regular spread. The live counter food was good. Pastel walls with black and white photographs, tucked in a corner. Good for contemplative and catching up old friends. Rahan and Punith were welcoming and great at servicing.

We had an amazing time at this place. Ashish attended to every member of our group. Excellent service by staff. Amazing ambience and food. A huge spread, good starters. What I liked was the starters were served hot which added taste. The soup was yummilicious and piping hot. I would definitely suggest this place to my other vegetarian friends.

Very delicious and different kind of menu and hygienic food.Mr Amit Kumar's hospitality is fantastic . v11 people entire our family visited this place and Mr Amit Kumar guided and served as very nicely. keep it up Amit good job???

In a month's time we had dinner at this hotel and both the days we were highly satisfied with the choice of items and the taste. Atmosphere was refreshing and the service standards are highly appreciated. Certainly would recommend visiting this place. Easily locatable and valet parking service available. Rest room is clean and well maintained

First time comes to Cross road inn in India. A great service with great people here. Especially, the restaurant service by Bishnu and Rahan proved us a greatjoyful
Morning.

Very nice place for vegetarians the food spread is too good
Also the service was great Amit Kumar was very humble in serving us

Our idea to have a sumptuous Diwali lunch buffet was doomed by visiting this place. We got swayed by some positive reviews but honestly, this place doesn't deserve so many positive reviews.

Right at the entrance we were handled so poorly by Grace and one more elderly gentleman. They hardly had any respect for the visitor. They just behaved as if we have come to have free food.

Once we entered the place, boom the surprise awaited. The spread was extremely limited. Don't go by their claim of 65+ varieties and 5+ cuisines. They count even the chilly, onion, pickle as variety.

The starters were served after a long wait and multiple requests.

The main course spread was so limited and mostly with home made items like tamarind rice (puliyogore), white rice, rasam, papadam, papad. None of the items tasted as if we are having in a restaurant.

The live chat counter staff is overburdened. One guy managing chaat, panipuri, sevpuri, pav bhaji, cotton candy, ice gola. He was so exhausted. When kids approachedhe would make fool of them and give very small quantity. Every time we had to step in and ask for more. The other guy busy making maggi and pasta, simply twice declined to serve my child with pasta by saying it will take time, while he has only one or two pending orders.

The dessert spread was good. Not fancy, but just decent enough to calm you down after all other frustrations.

The serving staff is just lifeless. Even the robots these days would have better emotions and converse. Even if say something, they wouldn't respond, just listen and leave. It was the most disappointing feeling. How can the servers be so pathetic.

The ambience is extremely poor. It feels like you walked into a garage with loud music. The main course, dessert spread is tucked into a corner where everyone converges and it becomes super crowded. Absolutely poor design for a buffet restaurant.

Even the billing experience was poor. There was no one to attend or check if we needed something or are we good to exit. We had to request two times to complete billing.
Generally I am not this negative, but if the owner is reading this review, please work on your staff's motivation, and if they are overburdened try to increase headcount. You are in a service business, you can't afford to have such lethargic, rude, lifeless people on the front.
