Anupam’s Wild Coast is largely known among the inner circle of people (read those who go seeking out good food) for its Mangalorean fare. Sure it features a multi-cuisine menu for the benefit of the general public, but it’s the first 3 pages of the menu that you want to focus on. Start off with the Chicken Ghee Roast and some Neer Dosa. The ghee roast masala is thick, deep red and extremely satisfying. Go the Bunt community way with a Kori Rotti. The portions are quite generous so consider sharing this between two. And if you would rather have a meal to yourself, then the fish thali is what you should go for. There are no traditional Mangalorean sweets on the menu, though they should ideally have some; ending on some warm Gulab Jamuns is what you can do.
