Chaayos

Chaayos is a cafe in HSR Layout, Bengaluru serving tea, beverages and sandwiches. Known for premium tea blends and quick bites; ideal for quick tea breaks and casual hangouts.

I'm not really impressed with Chaayos. First, they couldn't handle our big group, and then our tea came 45 minutes late and wasn't even that good. I think it was a bad idea to pick Chaayos for our get-together. The nearby tapri chai is way better. The serving team is okay, but the people at the billing counter really need some soft skills training.

This Chaayos has a simple and good ambiance with staff also helpful. The taste and quantity was decent, the quality was also good but the chole was a bit off, the price is quite odd from the beginning so can't complain. You can go anytime is the day with your friends, family, colleagues.

Chayoos, I’m sure you don’t have many Malayalis as customers.
Because if they tasted your “Sulaimani” the way I just did, they’d ban you—just like I am.
It’s nowhere close to the name you’re selling.
I’m not even a tea person; I just tagged along with my husband and dared to try it.
Please fix it, or stop calling it Sulaimani.

I bought bun Dabeli today at Chaayos Hsr layout 27th main road. They gave it burnt , when I requested to replace it the guy told that’s how it comes as they put butter on it. Very bad behaviour by staff! Disappointing after paying unburnt cash :(

A nice Chaayos outlet on the main street. The place has ample seating area outside and inside. Great place to have meals with friends.

We found a plastic wrapper in the bhelpuri which we had ordered. The staff replaced the bhelpuri puri but it was the first time such an experience has happened. The staff didn’t apologise or anything just replaced the bhelpuri. Nothing against the individuals but are they trained about what to do in such a situation ?

This brings me to the thought is it really worth to pay such premium costs to have such average service and food ?

If I’m spending the same amount at say a Starbucks outlet do i get the same level of service standards and complacency ?

Lately my experiences at Chaayos are being marred by sub-standard service standards at multiple outlets. Hope the team takes measures. Love the Chaayos brand and experience don’t want it to slide down.

Yesterday, we visited the Chayoos outlet on 27th Main in HSR Layout for the first time. We were quite impressed by its interiors, beautiful decor, and vibrant color theme. The place offers ample seating and free high-speed internet, which adds to its appeal.

We ordered a few items and rated them as follows:
•	Bun Maska: 3/5
•	Chicken Puff: 3/5

While the ambience is excellent, the items felt overpriced, and the taste didn’t quite live up to expectations. For instance, the chicken puff had just one small piece of chicken. I might consider revisiting, but primarily for the ambience.

A typical Chaayos outlet, really good ambience situated in a premium location. The theme inside the store is absolutely fantastic, also there is outside seating available at this outlet.

The chai which I regularly have is my desi chai which tastes absolutely wonderful. The price for the chai is just a bit high, though I feel according to the quantity and the ambience itd justifiable. The other snacks which are available are priced way higher I feel. Just feel the snacks aren't worth the cost which we have to pay. Overall a great place to chill, work and have a great chai.

If you compare all similar eateries like Chai point, Hatti Kappi, I feel their items are the most delicious including beverages. Nice and quaint atmosphere too.
