Aam kadundi bhapa bhetki commonly known as Aam panna served in Kulhads with Chilli Tangra, Aam Channar Cutlet, delicately spiced fried Panco coated Mangshor Chop, Fried Aubergine before a sumptuous meal.

For the main course, Mutton Kassa, Dahi Bhetki, Ilish macher malaikari with perfectly infused Hilsa oil and yummy coconut milk and gondhoraj milk base gravy, Prawns cooked in coconut as well as Hilsa in mustard gravy is amazing. Chicken and Mutton Kosha, Shrimp Curry is excellent for the main course.

The buffet counter includes Cholar Dal, Aloo Dum, Fish fry, Gondhoraj Chingri, Chicken, Paturi and much more.A basket of Lucchi with Potoler dorma and Choto Aloo Dum is a must try. Creamy Choto Rosogollar, Payesh, Mishti doi, Nolen Gurer Ice-cream are not to be missed after the blissful meal.
