Looking for authentic Chinese food? This is the place you must visit! The restaurant is a fine-dine one and the ambience shouts about some amazing blue and gold colour tones. They are all complimented with the seats and sofas which are woody brown in colour. You’ll be immediately greeted with a lot of opulence from those lamps which look minimally appealing. The menu is in fact on the similar lines because the idea is to keep it really simple and delicious. Try the ‘Sticky Lotus Stem’ that is one awesome appetizer because it is not made like that crispy style but in fact soft and sticky, can get messy too. There are other options in Dim Sums and even appetizers which will surely impress you, so choose your pick! The mains as well is very well divided in vegetable, poultry, red meat and seafood. Each one having a curry base inspired by different parts of China. Based on your request, they’ll either make the curry too spicy or low on spice if you’ve preferences. The bar menu is also quite impressive even though it has limited options. We tried the ‘Singapore Sling’, truly well made Gin based cocktail with some Raspberry Liqueur and Strawberries. The desserts include a good range of Chinese and Asian inspired stuff, the ‘Blueberry Mochi’ is the one you must get if you’re in a mood to eat something soft, squishy and the one that has a sweet filling. You even have ‘Crème Brulée’ if you want something more familiar and an acquired taste.
