If being in Bengaluru, you miss the lazy colonial feel of a Goan cafe, this is where you can head to. A beautiful big villa converted into a restaurant, Herbs and Spices is an oasis, once you get in, away from the noisy Whitefield chaos. Since it has a good mix of food and space on offer, you could consider it for group parties. The 'Spinach and Cottage Cheese Steak' is a good choice for vegetarians. For meat lovers, there is the 'Three Pepper Chicken Steak', a Mexican-style hot and spicy dish, garlic-pepper steak or the minced beef steak, among others, to choose from. The À la carte menu might be a better option over their buffet.
