That the buffet is extensive is no doubt. Head on there is you have the appetite to take it all on. Here are some suggestions should you decide to go a la carte. The options for vegetarians and for meat eaters is quite extensive and so nothing to worry on that front. The usual 'Tomato Shorba' is there but it is the 'Paya Shorba' that would be my pick. Among the starters, the 'Shakahari Platter' is great for bigger groups, else the 'Tandoori Mushroom' is definitely a good idea. The chefs here know how to treat their meats well and so the 'Murg Ka Soola', the 'Kalimirch Tikka' and the 'Murg Takatak' are nice options to go with. The 'Amritsari Macchi' here did not really take me back to Amritsar but is still a good choice. Mutton dishes you will find in the main course section, with the 'Rarra Mutton' and 'Nihari' being most popular. I love bhindi and so the 'Bhindi Do Pyaaza'. The roti selection is aplenty and you can go with the classics like the 'Laccha Paratha', 'Makkai Roti' or for something a bit more robust like the 'Mutton Kheema Paratha'. For me, a North Indian meal is not complete without some 'Boondi Raita', so definitely one of that.
