Ordered Haleem with a huge craving to enjoy the authentic Hyderabadi haleem.  While the taste was spot on the joy of eating haleem was completely lost due to the number of sharp bone fragments. Eating this felt like I was trying to navigate a mine field. Not knowing where a fragment would poke my tongue or cheek or stab my teeth.
Never in my life have I seen a Haleem so full of bones. Not even in the tiny restaurants of hyderabad have I had this issue.

Total let down. I liked the haleem but they need to clean the dish up before I think of eating this here again.  At nearly 400 bucks a serving they definitely can do better than serve such stuff.

Absolutely disgusted. Found a cockroach in my Nizami chicken Biryani. To make matters worse, when asked the waiter he said “Sorry sir, sometimes this happens”. This restaurant clearly fails basic health and hygiene standards. I don’t recommend this place if you are looking for good hygiene food.

Serious Dietary & Religious Violation

I ordered Royal Veg Dum Biryani from Paradise Biryani, but was delivered Chicken Biryani instead.

This is not a small mistake. For customers who are vegetarian due to religious and personal beliefs, delivering non-vegetarian food is a serious violation of trust. The packaging was clearly marked as chicken, yet the restaurant still sent it against a veg order.
While Zomato refunded the amount after putting up a fight, the issue goes beyond money. I was left hungry, distressed, and extremely disappointed. Such errors show poor quality control and lack of sensitivity when serving both veg and non-veg food from the same kitchen.

Restaurants like Paradise, with such a legacy, should have strict segregation and checks to ensure veg orders remain veg.
Given the seriousness of this lapse, I am also raising a formal complaint with the Consumer Court for deficiency of service and negligence in handling dietary restrictions.

I strongly urge Paradise Biryani to improve its internal processes before someone’s religious or health boundaries are violated again.

Paradise is known for the best of its biryani and kabab in the world. This branch is no different.  Thet maintain quality standard.
However, they shall maintain the dining area, because at times, we see lot of rats visiting the dining area.
