There is a mallu representative in this shop, who joined 10 day or so… he is so polite and handling customer in such a way… I am happy with his service and the food served. I ordered royal mutton biryani. But I got small piece and one had a big bone.. when I said to him he handled good and gave a right piece after coordinating with manager. Will visit again. Thanks….

We ordered the Nizami Chicken Biryani (serves 2) from Paradise Biryani. As mentioned in the description, it was supposed to include 2 pieces of chicken. However, we received only 1 piece of chicken and a very small quantity of rice, which was not sufficient even for one person properly.
This was very disappointing, especially considering the brand name and the price charged. We had specifically ordered it for my child along with another item, expecting good quality and proper quantity, but the portion size did not match what was promised.
We feel that our money and time were wasted. We request you to please maintain consistency in portion size and ensure that what is mentioned in the menu is delivered correctly. Hoping for better service in the future.

I recently visited Paradise Biryani and had a  really good experience overall. The biryani was rich in flavor, aromatic, and cooked to perfection – definitely living up to the reputation Paradise carries. I also tried their lassi, which was refreshing, thick, and a perfect complement to the spicy biryani.

The ambience of the restaurant was excellent – clean, well-maintained, and with a comfortable seating arrangement that makes it a good place for family or friends. The staff were courteous and provided quick service, which added to the positive experience.

The only point I’d like to highlight is that the biryani is slightly on the expensive side compared to other restaurants. While the taste and quality justify it to an extent, it may not feel very pocket-friendly for regular visits.

Overall, it’s a great place for biryani lovers who don’t mind spending a little extra for quality food and a pleasant dining atmosphere.

The biryani here is nothing more than colored rice with some spice. definitely not the authentic Hyderabadi biryani taste. Service is painfully slow. despite the place being empty, I waited nearly 40 minutes for starters and another 15–20 minutes for the main course. Even after sitting for 10 minutes, no one bothered to take the order.

To make it worse, they take your order, let you wait forever, and then come back saying the item isn’t available. Out of 3 dishes I ordered, 2 weren’t even available, and only then did the waiter suggest alternatives. Overall, terrible service and disappointing food. If you’re looking for a good meal, skip Paradise altogether.
