Happy to find a good pizza place in my area. The staff were really friendly, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming.

We ordered a veg pizza and coffee, both of which turned out really good and were prepared exactly as per our customization (spicy).

Would love to try their other options and will definitely visit again soon. ?

Except theirvwarm welcome and gesture and ambience rest others are not good. Pizza is made of maida and like chewing gum and no taste unlike Dominos which is soft and eatable and also tastier. With that cost they take, i expected a better pizza. And for this pizza they took half an hr to prepare and they didn't even serve pizza on to plate where we had to cut and serve on our own, but they took service charge of 62 rupees for one pizza we ate. Simply don't waste money and time here.

The food was great. The service was great. Kids friendly. The only disappointing thing was, we ordered something, apparently they didn't have it, but they waited till we cancel it to let us know that the order food was not available. But overall, good experience

Service plays a big role in the overall experience. Friendly, attentive staff make the meal even more enjoyable. Orders are taken promptly, food arrives hot and fresh, and the staff checks in just enough to make sure everything is perfect without being intrusive. A warm smile and quick service can turn a simple pizza meal into a memorable dining experience.

The food was absolutely amazing, and our server Adithyan was so sweet and friendly not to mention really cute! Made the whole experience even better.

I can’t recommend Pizza Express enough for anyone craving truly authentic Italian flavors. The staff are unfailingly warm and welcoming, greeting you with genuine smiles and effortless charm. It’s become our favorite spot for a cozy couple’s date—so every visit feels like a double treat: incredible food and an experience that makes you want to linger.
