Rasovara- The Royal Kitchen is located at Lavelle Road, Bengaluru. As the name suggests, everything looks royal from interiors to the cutlery used. It has a peaceful ambience which will surely give an out of the box experience. Chefs here work 24*7 to make the authentic North Indian dishes with finest quality ingredients and spices. Apologies to the Non-Vegetarians as the eclectic menu of North Indian cuisine caters to Vegetarians only. Some of their must-have dishes are 'Dal Baati Churma', 'Achari Paneer Tikka', 'Veg Spears', 'Mirch Wada Maharaja' and 'Makai Mirrch Shaak'.
If you are a vegetarian family which does not eat garlic this is just not the place for you. The sweet dishes and the aperitif were literally all we could eat because every single dish was full of garlic. The ambience of the place is nice. But vegetarian elders will find it very disappointing.
Made me felt a true Indian (I lot such authentic taste and hospitality). Highly recommend if you are in Bangalore and want to treat yourself with all-in-one Indian dishes
After making us wait for 1 hour- the receptionist had no clue about managing tables. The guests around us were waiting who had booked one day before too (via EasyDiner & Zomato). There was a family- who had booked a table for 80- instead of giving them a separate section/ their guests were walking in groups of 4-5, which was really annoying. I had visited this place with guests from outside Bangalore and we had no clue what’s happening. Super noisy and chaotic place, there were people all around everyone’s table. There should be a bouncer who doesn’t allow a guest beyond a point - who cannot enter the seating zone without a table confirmation. Hospitality was getting compromised for guests waiting, guests who are eating and to the management who were at the receiving end. When it comes to food- this place is owned by the owner of Rajdhani chain of Indian Thali franchise. Grand crockery and service on the table was only saviour- but its the exact replica of Rajdhani, (slightly expensive INR 800 per head ~ $US 12). For the price of Thali at Rasovara- I expected fine-dine impeccable smooth experience right from the meet & greet till the guest leaves the restaurant. Dishes served in the thali are no different from parent Rajdhani or Kesariya (in Bangalore). Taste is also exactly the same. The parent Rajdhani’s are far better organised and guests are handled far better. Please save your money & most importantly your time and experience. Totally unorganised, chaotic place. They should move away from the current location to a huge space where guests are seated little away from each other and crowd can be managed more professionally. ‘The Royal Kitchen’ in its name is getting killed literally, thanks to the management for letting us down. I feel pity & sad for the team& chef who makes great food but they should understand how guests are handled and received at this restaurant. Even a fish-market is more organised than this restaurant.
It’s one hell of an authentic restaurant. It actually lives by its name. They treat you as royals and make you wash your hands right there on your seat when you start and when you end. As you can see in the pictures. There is a lot that comes for one person in one thali 😍😍 this is no new concept but the food was super delicious. Can’t help licking your fingers. Highly recommended. So want to visit again whenever I am in Bangalore next.
I've been here a few times and it is consistently very good indeed. For a first visit I'd say go for the thali as it is quite a food experience. A great variety and all good quality. The range of breads is great. I can see why it is easy to be vegetarian in India, the flavours are all so good that you really don't miss eating meat. The desserts were also very good and worth keeping space for. Service was good and they replenish anything you want. The restaurant itself is also nice, I ate both indoors and outdoors. Pricing is very reasonable, about £10-15 per head for the thali.
Eat, drink and be merry’, thats the rule Bengalurians live by. The city certainly knows how to live life and that shows in it’s tremendous collection of bars and restaurants ensconced in various parts of it’s many fine dining hubs. Want to give your family a night to remember? Take them to several great restaurants with menus adapted from all over the world. However, if all you want to do is dance and party whole night then let us guide you towards a hip little lounge called ‘Love Shack’. Here you will find the perfect blend of electrifying ambience along with sublime food, guaranteed to dazzle your senses. You will find Love Shack tucked at Amarjyothi Layout, Opposite DELL, Inner Ring Road, Domlur. The locality is slowly developing into a trendy node of eateries.
The fun never ends at Love Shack, neither for yourself, nor for your palate. Your taste buds are in for a joyride of intense flavours created by Continental and Goan cuisines. The menu is tailor-made to match the casual shack like décor of the lounge. Seafood you can find in abundance on the menu. Love Shack is an ideal place to knock back a few cocktails with crispy prawns. Some of their Goan-inspired house cocktails are ingenious. Menu is not excessively long but houses comforting set of dishes. Soak up the booze with munchies, corn & cheese balls, mutton shammi kebab, shack chilli beef, falafel with labneh, tandoori prawns, ham & cheese croquettes and coorgi pork. Those who still feel peckish can make do with a pizza or something off their mains menu. Everything is delicious, feel free to dive in.
A meal like this deserves a grand finish, which is why Love Shack’s dessert course brims with a selection of fabulous sweet concoctions. Date & toffee pudding, blueberry cheese cake, warm walnut brownie served with chocolate sauce and dark chocolate fondant would be excellent conclusions. Karaoke nights every Wednesday livens up the week enormously. Take a spin around the dance floor to amp up your night. The DJ belts out groovy tunes for you to dance at. Love Shack captures both romance and exhilaration through a glowing modern bar draped with beautiful Turkish lamps. Pick a table anywhere around the sprawling room. This casual shack-like lounge flows into a cozy outdoor area as well. Book a table through EazyDiner for a smooth reservation.
