I recently ordered a veg somsa platter from Zomato on my birthday, but unfortunately, I received a non-veg platter instead. This was particularly distressing since I was observing a fast from morning and had specifically ordered a vegetarian dish. The mistake not only ruined my day but also left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but what's concerning is the lack of accountability and response from them. Despite reporting the issue, I received no resolution or apology. It seems that neither Zomato nor the store takes responsibility for such errors.
I hope that Zomato will take steps to improve their delivery process and ensure that customers receive the correct orders. Until then, I will be cautious about using their service again.

Such a worst outlet, when we ordered 5 samosa through Swiggy only 3 samosa they have sent . Really pathetic outlet. There is no option for zero star.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this outlet on Swiggy or Zomato. My experience with them has been terrible .

Overall, a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience.
