Smoor has been around for a while now and has carved quite a niche for itself in the desserts arena. But do not be mistaken that desserts are the only thing available here. They have a nice little café menu going as well. Start off a meal here perhaps with the tribute to the Mumbai special, the 'Mumbai Masala Sandwich' – filled with potatoes, tomatoes, cucumber and cheese. This street food is stylized rather well here. The 'Tomato Mozzarella and Basil Sandwich' is a good one as is the filled 'Double Decker Sandwich'. If you are looking for pastas, then Smoor does not disappoint, with the 'Pasta in Aglio Olio' as well as the 'Arrabiatta in Chicken and Vegetarian' options. Nibbles in the form of 'French Fries', 'Nachos with Salsa' as well as the 'Chilli Cheese Toast' will satiate those hunger pangs. The others can go in for the 'Orange Mojito' or the 'Triple Impact' with passionfruit, cranberry and fresh lemon juice as well as 'Sprite'. Now getting into the desserts, the 'Naked Red Velvet', with layers of cream cheese and red velvet sponge is good. Taking it up a notch is the 'Intensive Red Velvet' which comes with a layer of vanilla crème brulee and hazelnut chocolate coating. If you want to go classic, then the 'Opera Cake' is a good choice. A dessert with a slight Indian touch is the 'Rasmalai Saffron Entremet'. The 'New York Baked Cheesecake' is available in slices or the whole cake depending on how much of a good thing you may want. But do be warned, a dessert place like this can have its off days and there can be a bit of a hit and miss here.
