I never thought I’d write a negative review for Taco Bell…until I visited this outlet in TC palya.

I have been a Taco Bell customer for over 12 years and have tried multiple outlets across Bangalore—Gopalan, Brookfield, Nexus, Phoenix, Lulu Mall, etc. All of them have consistently met Taco Bell standards. Unfortunately, this TC Palya outlet was by far the worst experience I’ve had.

The counter staff was courteous, and they informed us about an offer, which we availed. We placed our all-vegetarian order at 10:32 PM and received all except taco around 10:52 PM, which was acceptable. However, the real issues started after that.

We ordered Big Burritos, and to our shock, it contained mushrooms, which are not mentioned anywhere in the ingredient list. When I went back to the counter, the staff initially denied that mushrooms are used in burritos, but after checking the item themselves, they apologized and offered to remake it. By then, we had already consumed around 30% of it.
This is extremely concerning—what if a customer has a serious mushroom allergy? Such mistakes can be dangerous.

Additionally, one of our items—Naked Veg Taco—was unavailable, so we were told it would be replaced with a Double Decker Taco. That replacement was not served at all initially.
We followed up at 11:02 PM, were told it was being prepared, and then at 11:05 PM, a staff member came and asked whether the order was veg or non-veg, despite our entire order being vegetarian. This clearly shows a lack of coordination and basic order awareness.

Finally, the taco was served at 11:15 PM, and it was equally disappointing. It was overloaded with paneer, extremely oily, and slippery. Instead of cheese on top, it felt like oil had separated, completely ruining the taste and texture.

Overall:
Poor food quality, incorrect ingredients, delayed service, and careless handling of orders. This outlet is not at all up to Taco Bell franchise standards, especially compared to other Bangalore locations. Very disappointed and unlikely to visit again unless major improvements are made.

Visited Taco Bell and tried a variety of items including Crispy Potato Tacos, Naked Veggie Taco, Melted Cheese Veg Quesadilla, Big Baddie Veg Rice Bowl (veg, without beverage), Seasoned Crispy Fries, Chocolate Thick Shake, and Churros with Chocolate. Most of the items were really good. The Crispy Potato Tacos were crunchy and tasty, the Naked Veggie Taco was fresh, and the quesadilla was nicely cheesy. Fries were well seasoned, the chocolate thick shake was rich, and the churros with chocolate made for a nice dessert.
However, the Big Baddie Veg Rice Bowl was a letdown — the rice was not fully cooked and affected the overall taste. Apart from this one item, everything else was enjoyable. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement in the rice bowl. ???

Disappointing experience at Taco Bell. Ordered the burrito bowl and roll, but the rice was undercooked. The mayonnaise served with the bowl had a strong off smell. While it's an Indian version of a Mexican burrito, the flavors didn't quite hit the mark. Main issues were the half-cooked rice and questionable dip quality. Staff should ensure food is properly prepared and checked before serving. Hopefully, they'll take feedback to heart and improve

1) We ordered a big bell box and churros with choco dip, the food was good as well as the quality.

2) There is ample space for parking so you can come here with your two or four wheeler.

3) The atmosphere was decent and the restaurant was clean, the staff was very cooperative and helpful. Keep up the good work.
