The in-house restaurant at Hotel Evoma is quite a good reason for many people to visit because there are very few North Indian restaurants around this circle which are also economical. They have a buffet as well as A La Carte and we recommend you either based on your liking and how much you can eat. The Buffet is pretty ideal for those who are with their office colleagues, post meeting or maybe a kitty party with your friends. You can also opt for the A La Carte that offers some good tasting options in Mughlai cuisine and even Desi Chinese. The desi Chinese section is quite a favourite here too but they tend to make it oily and greasy. The ‘Chili Chicken’ tastes nice and some of those Mughlai starters are also pretty decent. The mains, however, are very well done and full marks on taste and flavour. Try the ‘Dal Makhni’ which is cooked for long hours and packs in a lot of flavours. If you want something meaty, the ‘Rogan Josh Mutton’ is a nice option but make sure you’ve enough room to eat all of these because the portion sizes are quite huge. They make both of them very sweet, so you may want to make sure they are properly balanced before they arrive. Not a lot to expect from desserts, but you can get an average tasting ‘Brownie’ and choice of some icecreams.
