As the name suggests, the whole place is an eco-friendly zone made out of up cycled wood and stabilised mud blocks. The restaurant has pretty planters placed all around the place. Interestingly, all the ingredients used in preparing the food here are sourced from their own farms and they apparently do not use factory refined grains, artificial colouring and additives in their preparations. The millet pizzas here are crunchy with depth, specially the mixed millet thin crust Pizza that has fresh farm toppings. The raw cocoa and millet brownies are surprising soft and flavourful each time. The staff takes time to explain the health benefits of the food that we are eating and recommends dishes that might help our ailing system.
