The entrance to Xian might give you second thoughts. It might not look like much, but the interiors are spacious, and kid friendly too. The menu covers all the popular Indian-Chinese dishes. The shrimp in rice-wine soup has a generous hit of the starchy drink, though it will not keep you from going back to work after lunch. For spice lovers, the chilli squid hits the right spots, and the veg chow Cantonese gives you the fun of mixing your meal at the table – it comes with a bowl of noodles and bowl of gravy with crunchy veggies that you toss together. Xian is a good place to head to from office for a quick lunch or with family and friends on a weekend for a leisurely meal.
