Some of the best dim sums in the city are found here. The service is rarely disappointing though. Try the 'Pork Char Sui Buns', 'Crispy Prawn Cheung Fun', 'Poached Peking Dumpling', 'Vegetable Crystal Dumpling', and the 'Truffle Edamame Dumplings'. And this is just the beginning. For the main course, the combination of 'Stir-fried Lotus Root', 'Sugar Snap', and 'Water Chestnut', along with 'Honey Smoked Spare Ribs', and steamed 'Jasmine Rice' is one of my few favourite options. The set-menus for lunch are a good option for a quick in-and-out meal.
