This has to be the worst outlet of this franchise!

The rice bowls are a complete scam!

For ₹279, they’re literally serving kid-sized portions. And in the name of "chilli chicken," they give some gravy with a couple of tiny leftover chicken bits.

The only thing served generously was oil. As usual, everything is drenched in it. God knows if they get oil for free.

I’ve never felt this robbed over food. Still gave it 2 stars just because the taste was honestly good, but that doesn’t make up for the quantity.

If you care about repeat customers, check your portion sizes.

When it comes to momos, my taste buds start tingling. I love momos a lot. I've tried them in Darjeeling, Kurseong, Chandannagar, and many other streets of West Bengal. Today, I tried momos at Wow! Momo: Himalayan Chicken Steamed Momo and Chicken Delight Pan-Fried Momo. Wow! Momo is the inventor of the pan-fried momo. Today's momos were outstandingly tasty. We loved them. However, I think the momos at Wow! Momo are quite overpriced. You can get the same taste for half the price at many other places. And there is no soup, so it feels quite expensive. The atmosphere of the eating place is not so large and noise-free, so you might choose to parcel your momos.

I have added this place on map and now you need to rate them as per your experience.  This is the 2nd wow momo outlet in our Burdwan after city tower which has been opened on 4th Feb, 2022 opposite of bigbazar or arcade mall's parking exit gate , beside of 4season resturant .
Here you will get allmost every wow items . They are on registration process at swiggy like the main outlet . Here presently no UPI payments is being accepted except card and cash .

I had a very disappointing experience at Wow! Momo. As soon as I entered, I noticed the atmosphere was very unprofessional. The lady at the counter was constantly arguing with other staff members, and no one seemed interested in taking customer orders properly. I waited for over five minutes in an uncomfortable environment where neither the AC nor the fan was on. When I finally asked about it, I was told the AC wasn’t working, and only then they bothered to turn on the fan. The arguments among staff continued the whole time, which created a very unpleasant vibe. Their behavior towards me was rude and disrespectful. I had ordered a cheese burger, but they completely forgot to add the cheese—likely because they were too busy arguing. The food quality was poor, and the service even worse. This kind of experience is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to fix these issues. I would not recommend visiting this outlet.

It was a good place to visit, but the space in this outlet is too tiny... Only 5 to 6 seats available here...
Food was good enough, and good staff maintenance...

I went to Wow Momo a year ago and the staff there were very bad and their behavior was also very bad. I went there and ordered and asked them to pack my food because I had a train. The boy who served food was totally ignored me and after some minutes a couple came they ordered but they got order first and I was still standing there, I also missed my train for the staff. When he said that your order is ready I was like I told you to pack my order and he was like ‘you told me to pack your food'?. Wow momo You need to hire better staff's.
