AJA - Honestly Good Food

AJA - Honestly Good Food is a restaurant in Sector 9-C, Near Sector 9 serving healthy food, Asian and pizza. Known for healthy food dishes; ideal for family meals and group outings.

We visited Aja Restaurant Chandigarh for lunch and had a pleasant experience. Since there wasn’t much of a rush, the food was served within about 30 minutes, which was reasonable. When we first heard the name, we assumed it would be an Indian restaurant, but it actually offers a different cuisine, which was a nice surprise. The food was tasty and well-presented. We ordered the Citrus Grain & Chicken and the Alfredo Pasta—both dishes were flavorful and nicely plated. The ambiance was elegant and comfortable, and the service was attentive and courteous. However, we felt that the portion sizes were slightly small considering the price. Overall, it was a nice dining experience, and we enjoyed our visit.

The food was really nice but I would've preferred a bit more quantity for the large price tag. The chicken in the dish was rather limited. The guacamole dish we ordered was yummy. But the feta cheese was practically non-existent. It only had crumbs of it and I was expecting more. The grey colour of the place is quite off-putting to be honest.

I visited this cafe while strolling around, and it lives up to its name by serving honestly good food. I had their avocado sandwich paired with a cappuccino with an extra shot, and the quality was exceptional. While it’s a bit pricey, it’s worth every penny.

The tofu tacos weren't very tasty - I have a feeling this dish only works with the chicken option.
I didn't like the pizza so much - the flavors were lacking and the dough was too dense. The chicken soup was basic.
My two favorite dishes were the "healthy Caesar salad" and the "chicken shawarma". Both were excellent. The chicken was so succulent - perfection!

Serene sitting environment with delicious food. Had the ravioli, the burger , paneer sizzler, side mushrooms and Turkish flooding for dessert. Overall great taste. A bit high priced for the quantity served but must visit once atleast

The dish was overwhelmingly cheesy and tasted more like a basic jackfruit sabzi wrapped in a fancy green-colored roti, then topped with cheese.

Unfortunately, the flavors didn’t come together for me.

Wouldn’t go back for this.

I had a fantastic experience here; the meal was truly a highlight. We explored a bit of everything—the pasta was perfectly executed, and the falafel with hummus had that ideal balance of crunch and creaminess. The dim sums were equally impressive. However, the desserts stole the show; the dark chocolate and blueberry hotpot was a decadent treat, and the falooda was a refreshing finish. While the drinks were just average, the food more than made up for it.

Food was not at all tasty here. We ordered BBQ mushroom pizza the bread layer was completely burnt, how can someone serve burnt food in their cafe. Washroom was not having water supply at all. How someone cleanup without any water supply. Moreover washroom flush not working properly. I recommend to never visit this cafe as you’ll not be satisfied in any way neither in food nor with the clean restrooms. They didn’t have even served water unless or until you’ll ask them for water . It is so common in small restaurants and cafes to put water bottles on all tables . Service was not to be impressed with. Every staff member was looking cheerful or happy when serving. I’ll never recommend someone to visit here. Charging such high prices for their dishes their food not even worth half the price.
