The Noodle Theory is a kiosk, serving finger-licking Pan Asian delicacies. It has subtle interiors with a lively ambience. They do not have an eclectic menu to offer; that makes it easier to choose from. The highlight of their menu is that a diner can customize the dish according to their tastes and preferences. It offers authentic and flavoursome food to binge on. It caters to a section of Vegetarians.
Walked into Noodle Theory with absolutely no idea what to expect, and came back delighted! Nicely structured menu and ordering methodology, self-service but with a nice twist! Courteous staff, and foremost - amazing food! Highly recommended.
This restaurant being pretty close to where I live, has been in the talks for a while now. Today, we had the desire of having some nice Wok which was veg. After reading through other reviews, I liked the idea of creating your own Wok. We ordered the flat noodles in black pepper sauce garnished with spring onions. For toppings, we went with paneer, carrot, mushrooms and baby corn. The noodles were spicy and it blended well with the sauce. Along with it we order the chilli potato. The taste was different and not the conventional French fries. Overall, the bill was around Rs.300. We got a 15% discount as well as I made a reservation via eazydiner. Great value for money.
the best wok or asian food experience in town. the place is located in heart of the city. the restaurant has a very little seating about 10-20 people max. the interiors are nice and based on Chinese theme and a bit rustic look. the restaurant serves food in disposable crockery which which makes it easy and hygienic. the menu contains starters like crispy chilly potato and crispy lotus stem and dim-sums and bao buns. the crispy lotus stem is the best i have ever tasted and can be compared to some 5 stars. the wok is fully customisable as we can chose from rice or noodle the choice of proteins, veggies, sauce fro abut 15 options including spicy and mild the black pepper and burnt lemon butter sauce are must try. the drinks are also base on the names of famous scientists and are decent tasting. they have brownies which are the best i have ever had (made without egg). this place even have options to make the food as according to jainism. its a pure vegetarian restaurant which is important for many peolpe. over all a must visit restaurant if you are in city.
A really cool new place in Kilpauk . Opened hardly 2 weeks back and already it is highly popular . At times it might even take upto 30min just to place your order . The rates are reasonable and the taste is also great . Had ordered using the Kaching deal . Have tried 3 ice tea's till now C V raman , Einstein and Newton , lemon flavor is very strong in all of their ice tea but for the price paid it is decent. Their Bao Bun are really famous and the Chilly Paneer bao bun is the best of the lost . The bun is very very soft , dont confuse it with a burger bun as this is different . Inside it you will even find chilly potato's as fillers along with other stuff , it tastes delicious . It is said that the look of the food also has an influence on the taste, here the bao bun are presented to you in a very fancy way which makes you happy before you can even have a bite . In Starters The Crispy Chilli Potato are a little spicy but at the same time are too sweet which beats the purpose . Tofu/Paneer in pepper overdose was the only starter i disliked to the very core , it was just too too oily and was not good in taste . The spring roll was the best amonst the starters , got 6 pieces of it and it was really good and best in this category . Whether you like the Wok or not is totally dependent on you as you are the one to choose what had has to be added . Have tried 2 noodles wok and both were nice . Heard that Mallaka was the most spicy sauce for the wok but i was disappointed as it was not very spicy but the taste/flavor was something different . The Sichuan sauce made the noodles taste like any other Sichuan noodles and nothing class apart . Had ordered one rice wok with black pepper sauce . The taste was good but at the same time too simple and again nothing class apart . Pepper flavor was spread in every rice grain . The rice was sticky at the same time . The quantity of the Wok were really good and anyone's stomach will be full with 1 wok w/o a starter and ice tea. Overall the experience was really good . They do have other items on their menu which is yet to be tried . Waiting for them to start delivering on Swiggy , Ubereats and Zomato also as the place is very small and crowd is more the wait time is long for your order to be prepared .

If you have been craving for the culinary delights of Asia but your wallet is running on empty then Noodle Theory is your best bet. The restaurant amazes you with a delicious Pan Asian menu for affordable prices. They manage to produce Pan Asian hits in vegetarian version, a fact that goes down well with the herbivores living in the city. Food is served in disposable crockery, which is both hygienic and easier to handle. Ask your server for an iced tea before tackling the first course. They whet your appetite with, crispy chilli potato, chilly paneer bao, crispy lotus stem, spring roll and dimsums. For the main course pair your choice of protein with any sauce you want. Noodle Theory prepares food authentically to give you a genuine Pan Asian experience.
Sip on a delicious Newton iced tea to wash down the meal. This is one of the few places to dish out a variety of brownies. Your choices are, choco chunks, 5-star, kit kat and Ferrero Rocher. Take advantage of their home delivery service if you want to enjoy the food in the privacy of your home. Interiors though unpretentious are in no way boring. They have used the compact space well through modern design elements. Décor is minimalistic and simple. Noodle Theory is a value for money kind of place and for affordable prices you can savor a lavish feast of Asian flavours. Ask your server if you want your food prepared a certain way, we will be more than happy to inform the chef.
