Sharief Bhai Biryani

Good Atmosphere. neat and clean. good servicing staff. Mutton geema briyani tasted GOOD. Next time tasted their Dakshini (plater) briyani with family members quantity not adequate for 5-6 people as per their recommendation price also HIGH. Sweet tasty. Veg not up to the mark.

Nalli curry was fantastic.

The price is reasonable considering the flavor.

You have to try the biryani.

I would definitely recommend it.

Bring your friends along.

The interior is amazing.

Service is great.

This is the best restaurant.

dakhni briyani taste good but too costly not for 05 people as they recommended. Sharbath tasted. Nice atmosphere. service also good. no wheelchair access.

Extremely good and unique foods. If you are a food lover and willing to try different tastes , this is a must visit shop. We enjoyed all the foods.
Haleem - very nutritious and rich flavoured
chicken Shami Kebab - very crispy and tasty
Chicken chatpata shawarma - the softest bread that I had in a shawrma
Kheema roti - is a nice unique texture feel of known ingredients
Ande ka meetha - soft , hot desert

The service was excellent and the people were polite. I strongly recommend this place if you are in this region of Chennai.

This Sunday, we went to Sherif Bhai Biryani in Avadi for dinner. The place is cozy, and the ambiance is quite good—perfect for a relaxed meal.

We were specifically searching for vegetarian biryani options like paneer, mushroom, or soya in Ambattur, Thirumullaivoyal, and Avadi. Most places had limited choices, but this one stood out and sounded interesting.

We ordered the small soya chaap biryani, and it exceeded expectations. Though labeled “small,” the portion was large enough to fill a hungry person—and if you’re a light eater, you could easily share it. The biryani was flavourful, the chaaps were juicy, the rice was well-cooked, and the taste was uniquely amazing. It genuinely made my day.

The tandoori was also tender, flavourful, and had a distinct taste. The parotta with chicken keema was delicious and didn’t disappoint either.

The only letdown was the grape juice—a bit too sugary for our taste—but it’s still refreshing after a heavy meal.

Service was great. The server who attended to us had a pleasant, smiling face, which made the dinner feel even more harmonious.

Another highlight: they offer Dakini cuisine at very affordable prices, which adds a special touch to the menu.

The only issue we faced was with the menu card—even though it had descriptions, the Arabic names made it difficult for many to understand or decide what to order. A translated or illustrated menu would be a big help. ?

Wonderful Experience, Good Food.
We tried chicken Biryani and chicken Ramzan combs both are good

I was under an impression that the previous review was perfect for my past 2 orders. Yesterday I ordered 2 serve @499 for chicken briyani. I could say it wasn't upto the mark as my expectation. Thought of changing my review to 3 for food that was served yesterday. Is that my mistake I ordered 2@499 ?. I could also want to suggest affordable prices not to offer such a fabulous dishes you own, that will make this restaurant, people may be disappointed. I could see the unique taste which has been served yesterday say chicken 65 & Desert as a complementary, pepper chicken on our own. Pretty much disappointed with the briyani @499 for 2 serve.
