"I had a deeply disappointing stay; the service was nonexistent and the food was practically inedible—I definitely won’t be returning."

I recently purchased the Chicken Iftar Box (Serves 3) directly from Sharief Bhai Biryani restaurant. Surprisingly, the price at the restaurant was ₹1,590, while the same item on Zomato was around ₹1,431.

Usually customers expect the direct restaurant price to be cheaper because ordering through apps includes platform commissions and delivery charges. However, in this case the restaurant price was actually higher than the online price, which is confusing and disappointing.

It would be good if the restaurant maintains consistent and transparent pricing across platforms so customers don’t feel misled.

Hope the management reviews this pricing difference for a better customer experience.

I had a great experience here, specially the kebabs were too good, also biriyani was authentic. Also loved the mutton haleem. Overall a best food experience!

Hii...this is our experience at Sharief bhai biriyani in which we had a dine-in today
Food: we had ordered Chicken bhai veetu biriyani which served definitely 5-6 people.This combo has a plateful of chicken biriyani and boneless starter,kebab,eggs,chicken afgham and rose sarbath and a dessert called phirni served in a pot.This is my best try in mughalai for first time.
We had a wonderful dine-in experience with no delay and hassle free experience and worth of cost.
We made use of zomato district dine-in 30% offer .

For you if it only matters, good food, go for it.
We tried their Kebab platter, chicken soup, Chicken Dum biryani, chicken nihari, parota and phirnni all tasted very good.
The restaurant is pocket friendly yet maintains the quality.
Much recommended.

Superb hotel with fabulous dine-in set up. When you are in, you will forget the outside environment!
Dishes were unique and with reasonable price.
I had Murg Briyani(chicken briyani), in which chicken taste was not fresh. It felt chicken was old or dish prepared early and they just heated and gave.
I could also see other reviews regarding low quality of food. If they focus on quality, they will succeed more.

Worst mutton biryani ever had in my life. Rice was pathetic. It was worse than a pulao. Not fresh at all.

Accompanying onions were stale. Tables were not clean.

Paneer 65 was horrible too.

Biryani was no where near to the pictures on menu, nor to the pics on the walls of the restaurant.
