Earlier this year the Indian Hotels Company Limited announced integration of its sub-brands like Gateway and Vivanta into the fold of Taj, on the back of a popular Tajness campaign. I walked into Sian expecting a ‘lite’ version of the Golden Dragon experience; though it's only about 20% less expensive. Much to my disappointment, Tajness remains a hashtag as Sian’s kitchen pulled its punches.
Hi I like Chinese food so looked forward to the spring rolls 1 enthusiastic service, on point and pretty accurate 2 tasty food, hot and nice 3 great response from the chef when one ingredient was not available and an alternative offered Some sharpening up needed I feel; Keep it up Thanks J
Already visited this place twice but the food taste is not the same during the second visit. Prawn suimui is very good at the first time but not good the second time...same goes to wok tossed seafood noodles. Hope they fix this next time. Also they need to be consistent with their menu and pricing. their own website does not show the correct menu and price in the restaurant. Ambience is good and I like the green tea they serve during lunch. Overall not worth the money paid.
Restaurant is good and food was equally delicious. Service was slow due to less staff present in the restaurant.
The ambience and service is very good as you expect with Taj group. Never had a clear soup that tasted this good. Though chopsey was not on menu, they did make as my son wanted it.
