Dimsums are not Sian’s most flattering skill. My Har Gao was a slippery pouch, pleats shrivelled to obscurity, encasing a salty and dry ball of minced shrimp. I would not recommend Pork Ribs either - meat stuck drearily to the bone, and snuck in between my teeth every time I gnawed into the soy-and-soy Kung Pao seasoning
Order an Egg & mixed meat fried rice (ignore dry bits of meat) and something less demanding of the kitchen, maybe Lung Fun Soup or Prawns Salt and Pepper
The space has a business-like plushness, and you can sometimes peek at a live gig in the lobby.
