Superb Ambience & Excellent food
This was our forth visit to this German Brewery.... the food here is awesome!!! My husband & I frequent this German brewery with friends. We enjoy various dishes here; the sausages & meat platter, pork and apples - everything was very tasteful. They have really good beer and a fun selection of cocktails too. And the DJs always provide a great selection of music...

One of the best brewery in Gurgaon
7 Degrees Brauhaus is without a doubt one of the best brewery in town. They serve four inhouse brews and each one is fantastic in its own way. Even if you are not a beer drinker you would be impressed by the lighter brews as these have a hint of sweetness. The place is huge with an open brewery and constitutes of two floors with the bar area located in the centre. The place has a very calm and elegant vibe about it. In cocktails I tried Stormy, which was a whisky based cocktail with ginger being another potent element in it. Quite good in taste. Tamarita, this was a rum and tamarind based cocktail. The balance was completely off in this one, didn’t quite like it. Coming to the food, I ate Posh Fish & Chips, which was an elegant version of our beloved fish and chips, served on a stick with tartar dip, this dish looked fantastic and tasted equally good. Nachos with Salsa dip, what I really liked was the salsa dip, totally different from any salsa dip I have tasted in recent times, absolutely lip smacking. Brauhaus Mini Chicken Rolls, crispy roll with a lovely glaze stuffed with a delicious chicken filing, recommended this is. Garlic Meat Balls, these were served on a bed of crunchy pastry, this was a riot of flavours in my mouth, highly recommended. Lamb Flammenbort, flaky pastry stuffed with wonderfully marinated lamb filing, this was a true delight. All the dishes proved to be the perfect accompaniment with the drinks. In desserts, I ate Tiramisu, lovely texture and I liked the bold coffee flavour in it. Baked Blueberry Cheesecake, this was a bit gluggy in texture but quite okaish in taste. Apple & Cinnamon Strudel, lovely cinnamon flavour, and topped with delicious custard, this was quite a lovely and unique dessert I got to try. Summing up, I spent a fantastic afternoon at this place. Visit to this place is a must, it certainly has a lot to offer.

Finest brewery in town !!
If you are beer freak and you haven’t been to 7 degrees yet then you are really missing something. This place is known for their finest brew and has been awarded as best microbrewery for the year 2016 by Beer Buddies, One of the largest group for beer lovers in NCR. Spread over 12500 sq feet area, 7 Degrees Brauhaus serves the fantastic German beer at the ideal drinking temperature. Interiors are quite interesting with the beer garden theme. Tall Chestnut trees, Maple wood furniture and huge copper brew tanks gives it a classy look. Comfortable seating and the rustic feel of this brewery makes this an ideal place to spend time with friends. I have been there for a meetup with friends. Tried the 7 degree lager beer which had moderately bitter taste as compared to other ones. The malted barley beer gives a nice flavor on the palate. The Cuban Sangria was superb and it had apple chunks which gave it an amazing flavor. Loved it. Tasted the sparkling wine and it was stunning. They have the Sunday Brunch where one can find different live counters for sausages and pasta along with some asian delicacies. German sausages were really good and it is a not to miss thing when you are at 7 degrees Brauhaus. Chicken Malai Tikka was well cooked but I found that chicken could have been more tender. I found it a bit chewy and there is a scope of improvement here. Desserts were delicious and very beautifully presented. Tiramisu was delectable and I loved the way it was served to us. Volcanic choco lava cake was another dessert I attempted there and it didn’t disappointed either. Service was excellent and the staff was attentive. Verdict: This is one of the most talked about brewery in Gurugram and the reason for this is their beer. If you love beer and you want to pair some lovely food with it, then hit this place with your gang.

The wheat beer is the best served here, the food is equally good. Famous for its sausages, also you can try the lamb chops and bhuna gosht.

Good German Food in India
My daughter and I were staying in New Delhi and wanted to find a German restaurant. She found this place but it was 13 miles away in Guraguon. We made it there and found a very American/German feel. The restaurant, music and entire atmosphere was American, but the food very German . For an appetizer I had German toast which was toast points with a delicious cheese . We both had schnitzel. I had pork (hunter) and she had wiener schnitzel. Huge portions on a bed of delicious potatoes and vegetables. Couldn't finish it. With one giant beer our bill was 3000 rupees or 47 U.S dollars. I must say that getting there from Delhi was not pleasant. The traffic is a nightmare. We had a very kind cab driver who waited for us as we had our dinner. Taxis are very inexpensive in India. He got a nice tip!
