Located on the Golf Course Road, 7 Degree Brauhaus is a beautifully-crafted brewery, with two storeys of seating, a well-sized smoking room, a large LCD screen and a few oversized beer vats. With an expensive yet extensive array of spirits and eatables, this bar, equipped with some of the finest in-house brews that money can buy, unreservedly caters to a more refined and better-healed beer-drinking crowd.
I went with my wife for a nice calm dinner and they screwed up everything. Except for soup, everything was terrible. I ordered dishes that I have had earlier here to be on safe side, and this time they were so so bad that we left almost 90% food on the table only.I used to like their fresh wheat beer, but this time, they were able to ruin that also. Manager's answer to this issue - "we have a little low demand right now so we don't brew the beer frequently now." May be they had change of chef or something, so try to avoid going to this place. Food is not cheap here, so if you had to leave 90% on the table, you will not enjoy it.Also, after such terrible experience, you expect some courtesy from the staff and they waive off few items from your bill, but no.. here they charged for everything with 10% service charge. For the service part also, their waiter is like.. sir I don't know how to serve this dish, I am new here. Are you kidding me??One final suggestion - avoid as much as you can.
Recently we went for a party and ordered drinks and snacks , the quality of beer and snacks were very poor. The snacks were taste less. Staff was not prompt in service. Overall a disappointing experience. Not worth to spend and enjoy.
The restaurant serves german food which is what encouraged us to visit this restaurant. The food was alright however the ambience really really sucked. We had a table seated next to us who had three extremely noisy kids screaming at the top of their lungs!! The worst was the parents were encouraging them to run across the restaurant and play ready steady go! When we brought this to the attention of the server and told him to caution the parents of discomfort to us,all he did was to ask us to shift the seating. Appalling right? When the servers manager came to the table we asked him to talk to the parents but he refused to do so! He stood near their table and didn’t utter a word. We were then forced to shift the table. It can truly be one off a case but trust the fact that if you plan to visit the restaurant for a nice evening and if you have a bunch of kids being encouraged to jump around the restaurants as if they were in a playground, the staff or the manager will do NOTHING to help you! You simply cannot have kids running around! It not only causes disturbance to fellow diners but also can cause accidents.. we will never visit the place again..
We had a farewell party here. We took the package deal. Set up - 4/5 - Place is airy Food - 4/5 - Veg starters were really good, non-veg starters were average, main course was very good Music - 2/5 - Live music was loud and not good Beer - 2/5 - Non of the brewed beer was good
While we visited several Microbreweries last year we were looking forward to try out 7 Brauhaus with great enthusiasm and expectations..the front desk and the service was courteous and respectful but the main crunch lacked the punch..the Beer was fine but the starters and main course were average..not value for money at all.. disappointed
The unique concepts of creating a winery or brewery as a restaurant design has touched many cities. To eat and drink something conceived right around you has another charm that improves the experience. 7 degrees Brauhaus at south point mall, Gurgaon is a beautifully created brewery that spreads onto two floors and a smoking room. Two oversized beer vats are flanked by a circular counter serving beers all around them. The brewery is carefully strewn by tables and chairs interlaced by full grown lush trees. The place is known for delicious beers and equally yummy food. The service is quick and staff is knowledgeable about the house beers. At evenings the place looks lovely with deep yellow light glowing the brewery with intimacy. It’s a great place to come with friends and relax with pint of beer. Or if you have a cool dad then bring him at 7 degrees to share house brews with him.
As this a drinking establishment let’s talk about the bar menu first. The house brews lager, wheat beer and in-house concoctions of beers. The brewery is innovative with its drinks and produces multiple variety of drinks for every palette. Besides beer and cocktails house stocks aperitifs, irish whisky, bourbon, vodka, gin, cognac and rum. For party scene order shots and for girls night out order classic cocktails. Wines, champagne and mocktails are on the menu too. Now to soak up the booze Cajun chicken, sausage platter, grilled skewer, fried prawns, vegetarian platter, hummus with garlic pita and mozzarella sticks are cooked with flair. Indian snacks like kebabs and tikkas are marinated well and grilled. As beer is a German prerogative the menu is titled in German names. Their national favourite sausages and schnitzel is served with sauce as main. European mains lobster thermidor and pork knuckles are on the menu. Indian curries are cooked by the chef too. Sausage platter and seafood platter are best options for large parties.
The final leg of the menu is nachspeise or dessert which is a page long read. German eistorte, apple strudel, Bavarian cheesecake and bread & butter pudding are worth sampling. They will go well with your beer. If you want to finish with a beer then ask for a sweet beer that the house brews. The 7 degrees Brauhaus at Gurgaon is expensive so go prepared for a unique experience.
