Agent Jack’s Bidding Bar is a new entrant in sector 29, Gurugram. Comfortable seating set up, dim lights and a well- stocked bar makes it a fun and relaxed experience. Chili Ginger Garlic Prawns, Butter Chicken Rolls, Arab Street Platter, Pasta in Beer Pesto Sauce and Crispy Katori are some of their must-have dishes.
We had so much fun at Agent’s jack. I totally loved the ambiance and their music. We had their Christmas brunch. And it was really amazing. They served Five course meals. All the Dishes were delicious. I specially Loved stuffed chestnut Mushrooms, Christmas sausage balls with jalapeño Dip. Jackfruit and soya chap biryani. The staff was really good.
We bought a deal from nearby and staff was cordial enough to accommodate our changes, we got 8 pegs 30 ml, 2 starters and 1 snacks in 1200 INR for 4 people on Thursday. We preferred sitting on top terrace, it was a decent crowded place, music was loud, Punjabi and bollywood songs , no dance floor, you need to dance at your own place, I found place small , less mobility. They have kept so many chairs in the balcony to accomodate more and more people. Food was okay. In snacks Nacho was awesome and quantity was also good.
Agent Jack’s Bidding Bar – Dining here was an experience in itself. If you’re looking forward to unwind yourself out from your busy schedule over on chugging some of the amazing beers which this place has to offer, then this is the place you should not miss. Located in the food hub of Gurugram i.e. Sector 29, is just one amazing place to visit. Because of their lovely staff, aura and their offerings, this place has come closer to my heart. Loved it! Coming to the place, it is divided into three different sections: 1) Outdoor seating arrangement 2) Roof-top seating arrangement & 3) Indoor seating arrangement. The best part of this place is that, the price of drinks fluctuates on regular interval considering the Demand & Supply. If you’re lucky enough, you can get some of your favorites at a fair rate than the actual. Moving on to the food, we started our session with some bar nibbles and thereafter we moved on to try other delicacies that included: 1) Nachos Salsa: This was good. The nachos were super crispy and were topped with beans and baked cheese. Freshly made salsa and cheesy dip was served as an accompaniment with it. 2) House Fries: Won’t say brilliant, but was on-point. The fries missed the punch. Were not crispy and instead were a bit soggy. Would’ve been great if they were crispy. 3) Vodka Flamed Chicken: Spring chickens which were marinated in a nice flavorsome Thai spice and then flambéed with Vodka. We were skeptical to try this dish at first because of its unique combination, but soon we received it on our table, our minds changed to a whole new level with its first bite. Must try dish! 4) Kadhai Paneer Tacos: Oh ho! Such amazing dish. Much wow. I am definitely going to order this on my next visit to this place. Nice thick gravy with paneer in it stuffed inside taco shells with cheese toppings. Salsa & Cheese dips were given with it as an accompaniment. Must try dish! 5) Paneer Dum Anari, Baoli Handi & Dal Makhani: This was a complete meal in itself. All the dishes went really well with the breads (Naan and Tandoori Roti). Only 1 thing which I didn’t liked was the gravy that they used in Baoli Handi as well as Paneer Dum Anari. Both tasted similar. Didn’t find much difference b/w both of them. Dal Makhani was something to die for. GO FOR IT GUYS! 6) Choco Brownie with Ice Cream: Last but not the least, we ended our scrumptious meal on a sweet note with this beauty. Never in my life, have tasted such amazing brownies. They were very soft. It was rich in almonds and pistachios. Vanilla Ice cream was like icing on the cake. 7) Beers: Recommended ones are: Lager & Baileys (if you love coffee truly) Overall, I had a lovely experience here. All thanks to the amazing people behind the gates of kitchen who served us some NOT-TO-BE missed delicacies. Special mention to Mr. Kavi (Server) who was very quick and was totally responsive at all times. He recommended us few of the delicacies which we truly enjoyed. The price for happiness here will be approx. 1500-2000 for two pax. (including taxes). Food: 4.5/5 Staff: 5/5 Service: 5/5
Definite Must Try: Freshly Brewed German Wheat Beer, Sesame Chilli Fish, Pan Seared Chicken Mushroom & Cheese Area of Improvement: Kadhai Paneer Tacos, Old School Walnut Brownie Sundae Ambience: The place is located in the dining hub of Sector 29, Gurgaon. The location is convenient with ample parking. The Pub is on the first floor and has both indoor and outdoor seating available. We decided to sit indoor but the outdoor seating looked great and had a panoramic view of sector 29 market. Outdoor seating looked perfect for a laid back brunch in winters. Indoors the lighting is dim, with quirky décor which fits the bill for a Pub. They also have giant screen where they beam live sports. Drinks: I am a fan of fresh beer and therefore wherever I find fresh beer I gravitate towards that. The server brought tasters for us and immediately we fell in love with the German Wheat Beer. I would recommend everyone who is visiting Agent Jack’s to try the German Wheat Beer. One thing I will call out here is that the server was very attentive and when he saw that the appetizers we ordered would take time, he brought us nachos and salsa to accompany the beer. Although beer is so delicious it doesn’t require anything with it, but the gesture is appreciated. Food: The Food was a hit and miss for us. Couple of dishes were very good and then couple I would say needs improvement. We started with Appetizers of Sesame Chili Fish which I would highly recommend. The fish is nicely battered and correctly spiced, simply loved it. With this we ordered Kadhai Paneer Tacos which were a letdown for me. The filling of the tacos was very good, but the taco shells (hard shelled tacos) were thick and rubbery. Generally for hard shelled tacos I would prefer that the shells be crispy. For the mains we ordered a portion of Hakka noodles which were good, had correct amount of seasoning in it and therefore needed no extra condiments (soy, vinegar, chili sauce) on top. With this we ordered Pan Seared Chicken Mushroom & Cheese. This again was par excellence. The dish came with a side of mashed potato which were creamy and buttery and pan sautéed veggies which were perfectly seasoned and juicy. The chicken was well cooked and covered with the delicious mushroom cheese sauce. Again will highly recommend this. We ended our meal with Old School Walnut Brownie Sundae, which did not fulfil my expectation. In a walnut brownie sundae my expectation was for a warm decadent, gooey, fudgy brownie. The brownie served was warm but very dry (more like a dry cake) which ruined the taste for me. Even eating it with vanilla ice cream did not help much. All in all, I would definitely say the place is good to come with friend and spend time over beers and food. Will definitely visit the place again on a wintry afternoons to enjoy the outdoor seating and have a laid back brunch.
This place is situated in sector 29 HUDA market. One of the finest property there with outdoor seating area as well. Ambience was awesome with Went there with my friend to try their Navratri special menu. The staff was very courteous and infact their chef also asks for customers reviews personally, which i really liked the most. Now if i talk about the food it was just beyond what i am expecting The items are really innovative and creative as we've tried their: # Kuttu ka pizza: pizza with kuttu base and perfect toppings of cucumber, capsicum and black olives. # Sabudana tikki: tikkis are quite tasty and served with sabudana chips and curd. # Arbi ki galauti kabab: basically made up of arbi/taro root was just mouth watering and innovative itself. # Beet root chaat: beet root chaat with little salt and pomegranate. # tandoori fruit chaat: fried fruits pieces. # veg platter: Not in Navratri special menu but must try it also, luscious stuff. In drinks we've tried mango mint smoothy and strawberry cocoa smoothy. Really enjoyed a lot there 👌😍 Must give a try to this outlet ✌🔥
