Of the two, the one at the Vasant Continental is the star with a dual menu policy. You can order Punjabi-Chinese and they will oblige. But the chef (formerly of the late, lamented The Chinese in Connaught Place) will produce outstanding Hunan and Sichuan food should you let it be known that you prefer the real thing.
