The sight of sizzling prawns or veggies right at your table might be a common one now days in Delhi but few years back, the idea was unheard of in culinary world. The concept of live grills at your tables is taken for granted now and is a tried out idea today but sometime ago it wasn’t so. It took the vision of one restaurant to popularize the concept so much that now every decent pub or restaurant would aim to fit a nice grill in their tables. ‘Barbeque Nation’ took the live grill concept to whole other level. It bought with it an ingenious idea to fix small compact grills in the tables and load it up with variety of yummy appetizers. The idea caught fire instantly and hence paved way for several other grill restaurants but there can only be one Barbeque Nation in our books.
