Good ambience, delicious food but I found starters more tasty than meal . Prices are affordable for kittty parties or others. Family environment even the staff is well mannered and they treats spcl for Brday.

I booked a buffet through Swiggy for a weekday, and this turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

The moment we walked in, the table was dirty. Even with only two tables occupied in the entire restaurant, we had to ask twice for it to be cleaned. The napkins were stained and had holes in them.

The manager’s behaviour was shockingly unprofessional. He made us feel unwelcome from the start, didn’t smile even once, and before we could order desserts, he came and kept the bill on the table saying our slot was for 1.5 hours.
Not once did he ask if we wanted to place our dessert order. Even if they were closing lunch service, basic courtesy would’ve been to inform us of the kitchen closing time and ask if we wanted to order anything else from mains or desserts. Nothing was communicated at all.

The biggest issue: the buffet didn’t even exist.
The entire buffet spread—including salads—was not laid out. No salads were offered, no soups were served or even mentioned. Instead, they told us to order just one veg and one non-veg dish each. Then why take buffet bookings in the first place?

Desserts were another disaster. I asked if everything was available and was told yes. I ordered a tiramisu, but what came was just a plain gelatin mousse. When I questioned it, the manager insisted it was tiramisu and even called the chef. Shockingly, the chef didn’t even know that tiramisu’s main flavour is coffee and admitted the label was placed wrongly. Absolutely unacceptable.

Even basic drink knowledge was missing — when I asked what goes into a Bloody Mary, the manager said, “It’s a red colour juice.” That says everything about the staff training.

The only positive was our server, Lalit, who was polite, attentive, and helpful throughout. He was the only one who made any effort.

Overall, terrible hygiene, zero professionalism, untrained staff, misleading buffet booking, and extremely poor food quality. The star ratings of this place are clearly misleading.

Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We went there for  a Family dinner on the Valentine eve after looking at the ratings which were decent enough..
Unfortunately the experience was not memorable..Its was utter chaos with Service almost nil.. You have literally ask them for food and drinks to be served after being seated for 1 hour or so...

If you are a Non vegetarian they will not even ask you for a Veg dish.. How convenient..

The Manager told us that the staff was missing in action today thats why Bar and drinks counter is also closed..
On top of that Toliets are really filthy and smelling. Even the roadside toliets are much better than this.

One of the members was Gluten intolerant , so we asked for the Chef to come and help us but that even didn't happen..No Courtesy at all.
There is a long list of Negatives..
The only positive side was teh Live Singing and the person was really trying to impress by singing some Mohd Rafi Songs...
All and all a Pathetic Experience ..

Visited the restaurant with decent expectations but left quite disappointed with the overall experience.
The service was extremely poor, and to make it worse, they still added a service charge, which is completely unjustified given the pathetic service quality. The staff visibly judged guests based on attire—anyone in a T-shirt and jeans was treated like a low-priority customer, while those in suits and blazers received immediate attention.
I had to keep chasing for basic things like cutlery, napkins, table cleaning, and even a bottle of water. This is the bare minimum a restaurant should get right.
The only highlight of the evening was the ambience and the singer, who genuinely created a warm environment. He personally interacted with every guest equally, without any bias or greed—something the service staff could learn from.
To add to the disappointment, the prices on the restaurant menu and the Magicpin menu didn’t match, which feels misleading.
Overall, great ambience but pathetic service, unfair service charge, and inconsistent pricing completely ruined the experience.

We went on a day when there were around 4 large parties organized, apart from other customers. Staff alloted is too less per section. For around 50 people, they have 2 servers which means you keep waiting. The place is too noisy and loud.
Cleanliness with so many people around becomes an issue. The washrooms are filthy and no one cleans them during the service hours.

The entrance to the building that houses the restaurant is dark and dinghy. It doesn't have one bulb. The lift wasn't working, and our large party had several old people with mobility issues who had to climb 4 large set of stairs up and down.

For the price you charge,  and then take it 200 people during same service hours, there can be money better spent on staff numbers,  hygiene,  cleaniness and facilities.

DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for any parties.

Today, I went to a barbecue company with my entire family to celebrate my husband's birthday. But choosing a barbecue company to celebrate my husband's birthday was one of the worst decisions of my life. The food there was so awful I can't even describe it. The entire meal was absolutely cold. Absolutely tasteless. The items listed on the menu weren't even good. The rest of the food was so bad that our entire family didn't even eat a single thing properly. The restaurant wasn't clean at all. The washrooms were so dirty that I felt like vomiting as soon as I entered. I've never seen such a bad restaurant. Our important day was ruined. I hope others don't go there and ruin their day like we did. A total waste of money. Only one word for this restaurant: Cheap.
