Situated on Golf Course Road, this restaurant has a well-planned structure with an unusual colour scheme. The décor is modern with hues of mauve and purple thrown all over the place. The succulent green garlic prawns in the buffet appetisers section are generally well made. The main course has some delicious options to try such as the roasted chicken in rosemary that is nicely fragrant. There is enough staff to manage the diners.

Entrance is really bad. Moment you climb the stairs and enter the restaurant you get a pungent smell of being in a bad spot. Smelled of rats. Food below below average. Took the buffet-veg. Starters- Paneer(cottage cheese) was stale, mushrooms were spicy and bad to taste. Potatoes were burnt. Main course- beetroot salad was a saving grace as it was just boiling and pealing them. Tried the Kadhi which was horrible, rajma was like Ugg, vegetables had kilos of oil floating, dal makhni needed to be cooked. Desert- the kheer had no safron but color to make it yellow gulabjamun was like made from milk powder and horrible. Service was bad Overall- dont ever go there its better being hungry
It was a great experience from ambience to food quality , a play area for kids too , the buffet layout is so extensive , you can also enjoy live counters of street food - gol gappa , chaat paapri , and much more , the live grill starters served on the chargoal grill gives a amazing grilled flavour to the delicasies , will be happy to come back to this place.
We had a family lunch today and we loved it.Restaurant was almost full but our starter refill was coming at regular interval and loved every bit of it.Don’t miss the pineapple.Went for mains at buffet but stomach was so full with starters came back with dessert only specially Brownies in hot Chockolate and vanilla Icecream and moong dal halwa
BBQ Factory is synonymous with unorganized chaos and miserable service. They haven't allotted fixed waiters for the tables so there is no one to attend to you. At dinner time you have to literally shout to get your fill or refill. Most of the starters don't reach the table, or even if they do, they are in short quantity. In our case the pineapple starter which is their signature dish never made it to our table, we just watched it floating by to those who were making the most complaints. The main course took hours to refill due to which people had to for long lines waiting for their turn. This is not only embarrassing but also demeaning when you pay a good amount. If you are hungry please avoid BBQ Factory. Moreover if you have experienced BBQ Nation and want to have the same experience, eating in peace and being pampered then please stay away from BBQ Factory. Taste of food though is good, in particular the Butter Prawns and the Lucknow style biryani but you have to be really lucky to get it.
Great family style restaurants are always much in demand as they have fewer hang-ups about ambience and are kindly towards the kids. Their comfortable quarters enables the families to dine in comfort, making sure of their size and space. Family restaurants have much to offer but to stand apart they try different gimmicks to lure the patrons like live grills or unlimited buffets, two concepts that have suddenly become a rage. If you have a large group of friends or colleagues who would like a treat from you then listen to us and head towards, ‘BBQ Factory’, a wonderful family-style restaurant with amazing delights in store. It enjoys a trendy location at Central Plaza Mall on Golf Course Road in Gurgaon, a bustling neighbourhood crawling with funky eateries and happening pubs. It’s the best place for a quick lunch for office-goers working in the area.
The menu of BBQ Factory is majorly North Indian with a smattering of Continental fare as well but stick with the Indian food and you won’t be disappointed. The variety is also fair and extensive enough to spoil you. As a start have their special detox drink, it’s delicious, or for a more conventional start ask for their pineapple mocktail. Begin your first course with, nilgiri kebab, tai pai fish, malai soya chaap, murgh tikka lajwab, BBQ potatoes, mutton seekh, achari mushroom, chilly prawns, churrasco pineapple and lemon fish tikka. Dig further into the menu with the main course such as, veg in hot pot sauce, soya masaledar, roasted chicken in black pepper jus, pindi chole, slice fish in lemon garlic sauce, paneer pasanda and mutton rogan josh.
Don’t walk away without sampling some of BBQ Factory’s scrumptious desserts. Their moong ka halwa is simply divine and so is their chocolate mud pudding, rum balls, butter scotch pastry, gulab jamun, apple crumble cake and rasbari. Ensconced in an attractive bright façade, BBQ Factory opens into a comfortable formal dining space, enlivened by dull red short walls separating each table. Flanking the tables are white sofa chairs beckoning one to sit and relax for hours. The look is simple yet well-designed. Every table comes with a compact live grill on which you can try your hand. It’s a good place for families and friends to get together and have a lively time. Live music flows in the background, filling any lull in the conversation nicely.
