North Campus or Hudson Lane has a plethora of budget cafés and restaurants with one of them being Box Office Café. Themed uniquely, this café is a tough competition to the others. With pictures of Indian actors adorned on the walls, with witty filmy dialogues all around the café. The food as well complements the theme with humorous dish category names such as Director’s Special, Cheenikum Salads, Unda Apna Apna, An Evening in Paris, etc. A few recommended options to try include maggi sandwich, chilli soya chaap, tandoori chicken momos, and the melt-in-the-mouth kababs and tikkas.
this place is in gtb 2nd floor an average place serving you shakes mocktails light and heavy food from starters 2 fast food 2 mian course
Box Office Cafe is located on the Hudson lane . Its just 5-7 min from GTB nagar metro station. Its located on the Second floor and stairs are not that comfortable. I visited this place for sunday lunch with my friend . This place is fully packed . Interiors and lighting are on the darker side. I ordered there Ferrero rocher shake which taste good and was very Refreshing . In Starters I ordered there Pav bhaji which taste average and quantity of bhaji was very impressive. Another i tried there Spring roll which are perfectly stuffed in desi style and taste superb only problem is they are little oily . Food was gud they need little improvement. Overall place was gud . Staff was very polite and service was also gud .
The service is okaish. The ambiance is on the average side. In food , pizza is great. The momos too were fine. Avoid water based drinks !
Box office cafe and lounge itself describes the theme of Bollywood which I liked pretty much coz I m a Bollywood fan. So the ambience goes hand to hand with me. It is situated in Hudson lane . This place is divided in floors with a roof seating. I visited there with my friends and we all liked their food and drinks served . So it was worth it spending the evening there. And we ended up having desserts. I liked this place but the only problem is of parking the vehicle as it is in the busiest lane. I'll surely visit this place again.
Food was good. We tried pizza it was tasty. Butter chicken spring rolls were yummy and ice cream with brownie was tasty. It was best of all. The place is on the rooftop which provides a fresh breath of air.
