Cafe Delhi Heights is a cosy space with an intelligent menu that is perfect for both small bites and large meals. The sprawling outfit can take in large groups as well as couples at one go, even on busy weekend evenings. A live kitchen is at the heart of the outfit, where you can watch chefs whipping up your order, right from scratch. In case the face-melting heat of Indian summers has taken a toll on your appetite, go for refreshing salads on the menu. The 'Martina Citrusy Salad Bowl' - a tumble of pomegranate, green apple, bocconcini cheese, honey vinaigrette, oranges, cherry tomato and pesto, is high on flavours and low on calories. Similarly, 'Maftoul Salad' is a mix of quinoa, couscous, olives, sultana, sundried tomatoes, feta cheese and pomegranate. Sandwiches are great to cool off as well. Try their 'Crispy-Fish Sandwich' that encloses in its folds thick slices of fish, fried to golden perfection. 'Mixed Veggie Basil Pesto Panini' is also a wise choice if you are partial to grilled seasonal vegetables enlivened by spunky pesto. An interesting option here is the Lunch Box category, where you can pick and choose combinations, including 'Paneer Makhani And Rice', 'Rajma And Rice' as well as 'Hakka Noodles', 'Fried Rice' and 'Chicken'.

Good Food

The ambience might not strike you as great and kind of stuffy but the food here is good. I especially liked their pizzas and how they have dinner rolls and bread sticks ready before order comes in. Try it for it's uniqueness.

WORST EXPERIENCE

Booked table through Dine out for 19th .Worst experience 1 .Rude behavior- From very beginning RM behavior was rude , it seems customer coming from Dine out is not appreciated. 2. Water was not served and we have to asked repeatedly and in I went my self and picked up bottle to serve us . 3 .Chinese platter was below par in preparation and we complained the same to chef 4 Service was slow -Fries for burger came first and burger was served after 15 minutes, asked for fresh onion with biryani served almost after the meal 5. Asked for bill - they charged us Chinese combo which we didn’t like , Dine out discount was not offered When I complained Manager told me that I need to inform the server . While getting seating I have informed the Manager about are Dine out booking. Worst experience will not go back to Cafe Delhi height

Something for everyone

Café Delhi Heights is part of a chain with various outlets across the National Capital Region. We visited the one at Noida’s DLF Mall of India, which is situated on the inner section of the circle that forms the mall. We arrived at about 1.30 on a Sunday afternoon, and predictably enough, the place was full. There are partly-private tables down one side, screened off with flimsy curtains; the rest of the tables are all mostly very close together. When we sat down, since there were three of us and only three chairs (two of which had no arrangement to hang a handbag from), I asked if a waiter could bring us another chair on which I could put my bag. He said that would not be possible, and insisted that I hang my bag on the back of my husband’s chair, which he did for me. Consequently, since my husband’s chair jutted out into the work aisle, every passing waiter would bang into my bag and it nearly dropped several times. After a long while of this, my husband summoned a waiter and asked if at least they could bring us a stool or something on which I could put my bag to prevent it being dropped. This they did. If only they’d done it earlier, I would have been happier about it! But, to go on about the food and drink. They offer a very wide variety of foods, all the way from American and European dishes (pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, grills, etc) to Middle Eastern, some Oriental food, and plenty of Indian—especially North Indian, the type Delhi loves so much. We decided to order a starter to share, followed by two main courses. While we waited for our food to arrive, a bread basket was brought with a couple of good soft rolls, some bread sticks (a really nice one was like a long, slim cheese straw), and a little bowl of butter. What we ordered, and how it turned out: Asian watermelon cooler: My daughter and I, both very fond of watermelon, ordered this mocktail as a drink. It’s a combination of watermelon juice, orange juice, and soaked basil seeds. Very refreshing and delicious, and the jelly-like slipperiness of the basil seeds was addictive. Herbed hummus with falafel: Four pieces of falafel, served with a generous helping of three types of hummus: regular, olive, and beetroot (with a garnish of pickled grated beetroot). On the side were two pita breads cut into halves. The hummus, all three types, were delicious and so was the falafel, though I would have preferred the falafel a little less thin. Belgian pork chops: This was what I ordered. One large pork chop, which was covered with a brown sauce and served with a side of sautéed green beans, broccoli and asparagus. Also alongside was a small bowl with more of the brown sauce. I had several problems with this. For one, the pork was pretty dry and chewy in parts (possibly also a result of the fact that it was fairly lean?). For another, the sauce, which would have been tasty enough otherwise, had too much salt: not only did I not need to use any of the extra sauce provided, I even ended up scraping off some that had already been poured over the chop, because it was too salty for me. Thirdly, the vegetables were overdone, limp and not very nice. Basil pesto risotto with sundried tomatoes: My husband ordered this primarily for our daughter, who likes risotto; the two of them shared this, but I had a couple of spoonsful to taste. A rich, creamy risotto, with a well-balanced flavour of basil pesto and cheese, and with bits of sundried tomatoes scattered over as garnish. We paid Rs 2,443 for our meal, which is pretty much average for this sort of meal in this sort of establishment in a mall. While I wasn’t impressed by the pork chop, the rest of the meal was good enough. Where Café Delhi Heights scores, I think, is in that it has something for pretty much everyone. If my husband and I were out dining with my in-laws, for instance (who only want to eat Indian food, something we tend to avoid because we prefer experimenting), this is where we’d bring them.

Slow service but munch while you wait!

The coffee was good. Good service although slow, we were in no hurry. A bunch of smart youngsters run it. Had some nice kebabs etc. Nice ambience. Very unique in a place like Noida.

Best food and great service

This has been one of my go to restaurants in Mall of India Noida. Absolutely lip smacking food and superb service, they set a new standard in hospitality. The new vegan menu is ideal for folks like me who are veg but the non veg assortment is also carefully done to make a fine balance. Do try the railway cutlet, mutton biryani, veg biryani, honey ginger lemonade. However everything you try would be carefully crafted so don’t have to worry!! Just dig in👍🏻👍🏻
