As the name gives you an idea, this Patisserie offers aromatic coffee, homemade ice creams and freshly baked bread. The interiors of this eatery are welcoming with comfortable seating area. They have an ample variety of desserts and chocolates. They also offer healthful sandwiches and salads for people who want to restrict their calorie intake.
The Caramel Chef Brigade is very creative and inventive. This is evident in the twists given to products also in the resplendent display using many a props and mediums. Coffee period on 17 June 2018. Caramel is located at the lobby level, just opposite to Creo Restaurant. Danish Pastry is always sweet. However, the Chef team has given a twist to this. Adding Bell Pepper, they ensured a savoury taste to the sugar free pastry. I was impressed. I really liked the Chocolates Oats Cookies too. Superlative taste. Distinctively delicious. Anurag Singh, the Associate impressed me with his servitude and anticipatory approach. Mango Mania Display was very impressive. I do respectfully bow to the Chef Brigade, under the dynamic leadership of Pastry Chef Rahul Chahar. He is a talented Chocolatier too. Chef Paramveer and Chef Mayank Kumar are bakers. Chef Chander Rawat is an artist. Chef Astik Oberoi is the Pastryman. Please see the picture of the Chef Brigade. I liked the Cappuccino. It was served as per my requirement. Set in a posh splendid five star hotel, this lovely good-looking bakery is an idyllic place to sit with your laptop or your book lost for hours. The subtle elegance of the bakery accentuates your dining experience even more.
Caramel opens its doors around 11 am so one can stop by for a cup of coffee and Danish pastry before heading for airport or for your meeting. Drop in with your girlfriends for a leisurely chat over muffins at this relaxing quiet cocoon in a busy hotel lobby. While the outside world is rushing to go wherever they have to be, you can simply sit back and enjoy the day ensconced at this secluded hotel bakery. Keep in mind they do not serve alcohol. Their collection of gourmet teas and coffee comes to your rescue. Enjoy a cup of golden orange pekoe tea or an aged Indian monsoon Malabar coffee. Tuck into a plate of two way tuna salad or chicken, corn & cheese tart or Punjabi kaju kishmish samosa as your first course. Follow it up with, chicken BLT, cottage cheese hot dog, crunchy chicken burger or vegetable cumin burger.
Its when you come to the sweet course that your day truly starts. Caramel woos your palate with a smorgasbord of delectable desserts like, New York cheese cake, Caramel mousse with pears compote, raspberry linzer torte, roasted almond rocks, mango passion macarons, black forest pastry, tiramisu cake and raspberry centered with raspberry cream. The variety in desserts is exhaustive. For sugar buffs Caramel is a paradise. The interiors of Caramel are designed to put you at ease straight away. Low olive colored sofas look beautiful against deep wooden tables and flooring. Huge ceramic coffee mugs and row of jars filled with colorful candies placed on the shelves adds a nice touch. Décor is modern and welcoming. Caramel is not very expensive but is not cheap either.
