Chaayos

Chaayos is a cafe in Gautam Budh Nagar, Greater Noida serving tea, rolls and fast food. Known for premium tea blends and quick bites; ideal for quick tea breaks and casual hangouts.

Chayos famous for tea options and tea lovers must visit. This outlet in greater noida is at ithum’s gallaria mall. Quality is good. The service standards are below par with other outlets.
Anyways locals residing in great noida or visitors on tours will find this place relaxing.

I recently visited chaayos for the first time. I have heard so many good things about their strawberry matcha, so I tried that and it was pretty good like a 3.5/5. The interiors are nice. The main thing that got me disappointed was the cleanliness and hygiene. The floors were dirty like they haven’t cleaned them for a week and the most of the empty tables were messy with used tissues and food leftovers. You are running a food chain and can’t even take care of the most basic thing i.e., hygiene then what’s the point. You guys should definitely look into this.

An average Chayyos experience

This Chayyos though is developed on lines of others but doesn't match up to the quality of food, service or cleanliness. Availability of items is another issue. Flies also play a spoil sport.

Avoid if possible

Amazing experience!! Very clean, food was served within 10mins & staff was very friendly. Saw them interact with lots of regular customers.

The cafe location is good. The food items are bit over priced.

I have been visiting Chayos for a long time which is located in Ithum Galleria. There is a lady named Nandni whose behaviour is a bit rude with the customers and I keep noticing this many times from the past if she tries to improve her behaviour would be very appreciated from a customer point of view.

This Chayoos outlet provided a really bad experience. Issues like the broken AC and unhygienic floors significantly detracted from our visit, falling far below the standards expected of a brand like Chayoos.. !

Tea was execellent. We were a big group. We ordered kulcha, paav bhaaji, paneer wrap, bun maska, fig cake, lemonade etc. Everthing was good.
