Opposite the Gaur Central Mall, is this multicuisine restaurant. Subtle décor and a clean, comfortable ambience make it a decent dining place. They have an exclusive private dining area as well which offers more privacy. The Gulkand Ice Cream is much loved and should be tried. Chilli Mushroom Pizza had a nice crust and ample of cheese, while the Drums of Heaven were a bit spicy and soggy.
Went with a group of friends for a party and had a great time and had great food too, we had ordered a table full of dishes, and it was a treat!!! For beverages we ordered a few mocktails 1 Chillly Khus 2 Melon Mint 3 Tom and Jerry(coke float) 4 Mango Soda 5 Virgin Mohito All were classics apart from virgin mohito which was a bit bitter... For starters we had 1 Dahi ke Shole 2 Chicken Lollypop 3 Chilly Chicken 4 Spring roll 5 Chicken Seekh kabab 6 Paneer Tikka 7 Haryali kebab 8Chicken Malai Tikka Again most of them were well cooked apart from chilly chicken which was a bit hard and i did not try haryali kebab on purpose For main course we ordered 1 Kadhai Chicken 2 Chicken Lababdar 3 Chicken Manchurian 4 Chicken Thai Red Curry 5 Dal Makhni And a few veg dishes which i very fondly ignored, Dal was awesome!!! And so was Chicken Lababdar the only dish i did not like was Manchurian as the balls were hard... Rice we had chicken biryani and veg biryanis with a mix of breads... In dessert we had Gulkand Ice-Cream which is THE HIGHLIGHT of their entire menu...
It is my most favourite restaurant in Ghaziabad when it comes to fine dining with family. The north indian food is superb. The chinese is also worth trying. Keep it up with the good service.
Thr is certain eateries where we just can't resist ourselves to give wonderful review. This was one such place. The first thing that we observe in any restaurant is it's ambiance and hygiene and I will give full points to this place in both of these parameters. Many congratulations to restuarant management for their tremendous efforts in making this place look so nice. Now let's talk about soul of any eatery, the food - since I was with my family there, i got opportunity to order variety of food. Garden fresh green salad, murg dum biryani (in handi)& gulkand ice cream really had fingerlicious taste and also I would like to mention that most of the cusines served in this restaurant has quite innovative presentation which is really n 'x' factor and eye-catchy. The aroma of food seved, it's way of serving and above all 'the taste', everything was just amazing here Visited such an amazing place after long time. Team ...... Kudos and keep up the good work !!!
Very slow services. Chef and service staff were busy talking to each other rather than concentrate on the guest. Steward Forget to serve water, there were no tissue. Seats were very dirty. We had to wait for waiter to take the order for good 15-20minutes and than food was not served on time. There were other guests also in the restaurant who all were waiting for steward but staff did not care. Cinch was one of the best restaurant in Ghaziabad but because of the services the level is gone down. Higher management needs to look into on urgent basis.
They are fraud people charging water bottles above mrp and when i told them its not legal and is a punishable offence then also they denied the fact totally unsatisfied
Ghaziabad has few culinary stars in its galaxy but with this latest entrant, a vacancy is filled. Last week while driving past Raj Nagar we came across this lovely family-style restaurant that left us quite impressed. Just opposite Gaur Central Mall at RDC in Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad is ‘Cinch’, an eye-pleasing fine dining restaurant. With Cinch Ghaziabad has finally gained a decent eatery where you can go for a fulfilling wholesome meal. This is an eatery that remains busy throughout the week but it’s at the weekends that the place becomes truly bustling. On the nights they organize live music, Cinch is close to overflowing. Opt for their home delivery service if you feel too lazy to come in. They even have a separate delivery menu. Take your family to Cinch tonight.
You will feel the thrill of anticipation run down your skin after reading the menu of Cinch. Their menu trots all over the globe, handpicking dishes from every corner of the world to attract the attention of their diners. North Indian, Chinese, Continental, Thai, Lebanese and Mexican cuisines can be explored here. Choose a nice drink from their bar menu to kick start your evening. With it, pick some appetizers. Tuck into, golden fried prawns, chicken kalmi kebab, crispy dahi ke kebab, pasta salad, drums of heaven, fried lamb chaap, baked mushroom caps, chilly fish, Pahari kukkad and crispy veg salt & pepper. Kill any leftover hunger pangs with, pasta napolitaine, Italian tomato & basil pizza, Moroccan vegetable stew, grilled prawns with chili lemon butter sauce, red Thai fish curry, mutton seekh masala, veg in butter garlic sauce, chicken Hong Kong and lamb ala piakata.
After you are done with savory side of the menu, dig into its sugary goodness with an assortment of decadent desserts. Cinch lures you with, matka kulfi, chocolate fundo, zesty orange & gulkand ice cream, ras malai, sizzling brownie, gulab jamun, banofi pie, German black pudding and chocolate mud cake. Those who don’t want to drink can find solace in their refreshing mocktails. Dining room is a pleasant surprise. Done in a delicate feminine way, Cinch has a lovely welcoming appeal. Smart white furnishings sets off against pastel wallpapered walls, portraying an attractive good-looking scenario. Cinch is formally yet casually designed. It’s a pleasing prospect for families, albeit a pocket-friendly one.
