Food

Congo

Congo is a restaurant in Sector 43, Gurugram serving Continental and Asian. Known for Continental dishes; ideal for family meals and group outings.

Dining at Congo feels like stepping into a rainforest, the interiors are immersive, lush, and genuinely stunning. The ambiance is definitely the highlight and makes the experience memorable.

The drinks menu is quite experimental, with options like matcha and mushroom-infused cocktails, which is great if you enjoy trying something different. The food presentation is beautiful and the menu offers a wide mix of Asian and regional Indian dishes. However, while everything looks impressive, the flavours felt slightly underwhelming and could have had more depth.

Overall, worth visiting for the vibe and drinks, but the food can improve.

Visited this restaurant last night with family and friends. Since we were a big group, we tried many dishes from different cuisines.

Jalapenos and peas dish was quite good. Veg tempura sushi was also nice. Jhol momos were average. Bao taco was not liked by anyone. My friends said karai kudi chicken was good, but I did not try it as I am vegetarian. Aglio olio pasta was not good at all and penne arrabiata was also disappointing. We ordered one veg and one non-veg pizza, but nobody liked them.

In drinks, Leaf Echo was average, while Salt Sage was quite good.

Ambience was dark but nice. Music was good but a bit loud as it was Saturday night. Biggest table can seat around 8 people, so we had to sit on two tables.

Overall experience was average.

Congo Gurgaon was an absolute delight. The food was awesome, packed with flavor, and beautifully presented. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted and fresh. The vibe is energetic yet comfortable, making it perfect for both casual dinners and celebrations. The music, ambience, and service all came together to create a memorable experience. Loved the overall atmosphere and warmth. Definitely a place I would love to visit again with friends and family soon.

I recently visited Congo, Gurgaon, and it turned out to be one of the best nightlife experiences I’ve had in the city. The moment you walk in, the ambience instantly impresses you—the jungle-themed interiors, mood lighting, and beautifully designed bar area create a unique and immersive atmosphere. It truly feels like dining inside a modern rainforest.

The service was professional and attentive. The staff was polite, well-informed about the menu, and quick to assist with recommendations. Even during the busy hours, they managed everything smoothly.

The cocktails were the highlight—creative, well-balanced, and presented beautifully. The food complemented the drinks perfectly; everything we ordered was flavourful and well-plated. It is slightly on the premium side, but the overall experience definitely justifies the pricing.

I finally tried Congo in Gurgaon, and it felt like stepping into a space where fusion food actually makes sense. The evening kicked off with an exceptional cocktail — Wild Foam — the kind that instantly sets the tone for a good night.

From there, the flavours kept getting better. I eased into the meal with silky cream cheese dimsums and the fiery Hot Nite sushi, before diving into their comforting special dal makhani and beautifully slow-cooked mutton.

And just when I thought I couldn’t eat any more, the banoffee cake arrived… the perfect sweet ending to a delicious, well-paced journey

Went to Congo with a group and it was an awesome spot for drinks and food. The vibe is energetic and social, perfect for groups, and the menu has plenty of options so everyone can find something. Drinks were really well done and the food was packed with flavour. Portions were great for sharing too. Staff handled our group well and service felt smooth even with a bigger table. It’s the kind of place that works for celebrations or casual group hangouts, and I’d absolutely return.

Congo is one of the most unique dining spots in Gurgaon, the ceiling design inspired by the flowing Congo River and the tree-root structure instantly transports you into a modern rainforest vibe. The fusion food is bold yet balanced, and the cocktails are easily some of the best in the city. If you’re looking for great ambience, innovative dishes, and truly impressive drinks, Congo is a must-visit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely loved the vibe here. The rainforest-inspired ambience is stunning and makes the whole experience feel refreshing and unique. The food is outstanding — full of flavour, perfectly plated, and consistently impressive. Their cocktails are top-notch as well, creative yet balanced, and a must-try for anyone visiting.

If you're looking for a beautiful spot on #GolfCourseRoad with great food, great drinks, and an unforgettable atmosphere, Congo is definitely the place. Highly recommended!
