This highway style eatery is a popular dining destination for people who enjoy a good hearty meal. The interiors are kept chic and there is an excellent play of vivacious colours, and the furniture replicates your classic dhaba-style setting of benches, tables and chairs. It showcases a versatile representation of food that has evolved on highways across the northern parts of India. You will find everything on the menu, from delectable curries to tandoori meats and breads to delicious home-style Indian sweets! It is ultra-affordable and takes you back to good old memories of going on a road trip and stopping for a meal by the highway. The must-have dishes on the menu here include the 'Balti Meat', this a typical dhaba-style 'Mutton Curry' which is succulent and flavourful and is served in a small steel Balti (bucket), and the 'Dhaba Dal', black lentils are soaked overnight and are slow cooked with homemade spices, the dal is simply delicious and pairs well with a 'Tandoori Roti' or a 'Butter Naan' (you can opt for any bread you like, these are my favourite). If you are a huge fan of Indian desserts, nothing beats this place; they have an excellent selection to choose from, I personally like the 'Badam Ka Halwa' and the 'Tila Kulfi'.
Dhaba Estd 1986,Worldmark 2,Aerocity,New Delhi Hello Everyone, I hope everyone is doing great. Today I would like to Put forth my insights on Dhaba Estd 1986 Delhi, Located at Worldmark 2 Aerocity,New Delhi. Dhaba is a very popular Brand in terms of Restaurants. As the name suggests it is of a concept where u feel u are in a basic Dhaba. The theme of the restaurant is very unique. Dhaba,Worldmark 2,Aerocity,New Delhi is located at one of my most preferred locations in Delhi. I really love going to Aerocity,New Delhi whenever I get the time. Dhaba Estd 1986 Delhi in Aerocity,New Delhi has both seating area. The first is the outside area where u have a good seating as well as it has a seating which resemblesthat of any Local dhaba u can think of at the outskirts of Delhi NCR. Though one important thing to be noted is that the seating is very comfortable as well as practical at the same time. There is also an indoor seating at the restaurant for who prefer indoor over outdoor. The indoor seating is also well planned and I don’t think anyone would have any complaint about it. The staff and in particular the managers are really prompt as well as really professional. They are on their toes to help guests with their food or help them in any way possible related to food or drinks. They are at their toes to know ur preference of food or drinks and help u decide the best dishes according to your taste. The overall décor and feel of the restaurant is basically Punjabi as well as a mixture of Bollywood. The walls have dialogues from movies and there are some some posters of Bollywood movies and actors as well. The music is also inspired by punjabi songs or Bollywood numbers. The food menu is really basically Indian. There is a lot of variety in terms.of veg as well as non veg. Wether be it snacks or main course u have something for everyone. The drinks menu is also available and u have most what people look for. We had ordered Butter Chicken as well as Chatpata Soya. Both the dishes were served at a very reasonable time. The preparation of the food was great. There was nothing to complain about. I really loved the butter chicken. The Breads were cooked to the best. They were not to crispy or very soggy. They were just right. Thanks all for reading and I hope u guys like my insights.
The food was very average to put it mildly; the choice of soft drinks were very limited; and the soft drink available was very poorly made (the intention was clearly to fleece the customer). The ambience was also very poor. It took almost 30 minutes and several attempts for the attending senior staff of the Restaurant to locate our booking (of 6 persons made through Easy Dinner). Will not visit this restaurant in the future.
Great quality pure Indian food, some of it presented in very interesting style.. Must try the Daal Makhni and Papads
Excellent selection of North Indian - chicken tikka, dhal, naan, roti and lassi. One thing I do not get is why they dip naan in butter even though it is plain naan.
This is an awesome place to eat north Indian food. Blend of quality and taste. The restaurant is very clean and the environment is soothing.
