Spent a nice Sunday afternoon here. Order a beer sampler to start. All were good but we especially like the Gottorp Fury & Over the Moon. Wanted to try the Sponge Bob but it was not available ?Ordered some snacks that were delicious and the sauces served with it were very tasty. The vibe inside was very nice and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this place if you are a beer lover ?

Went for a late lunch solo. Loved their Drunken Chicken Tikka served on a bed of hot coals and in a sword. Very yummy. A small space with nice music and good bar. Pricey cocktails but just had a coke with ice. Would like to try more snack food here.

Setting up a microbrewery in the heart of Delhi is no small feat, and Fort City Brewing in Hauz Khas deserves a lot of credit for bringing fresh craft culture to the city. It’s a space with a lot of heart, even if the liquid in the glass is still finding its footing.

​The first thing you notice isn't the beer, but the excellent and super kind staff. From the moment you walk into the sleek, two-story space, you’re met with genuine warmth. They are incredibly knowledgeable about their rotations and manage the crowd with a level of hospitality that makes you want to stay for "just one more."
​The Food: A Delicious Surprise
​While many breweries treat food as an afterthought, Fort City delivers a delicious and yummy menu that stands on its own.
​Must-Tries: The Andhra Pork served on crinkle-cut fries is a flavor bomb, and their "House Naans" (like the Laal Maas or Duck Naan) are genius pairings for a cold drink.
​The Quality: Everything feels fresh, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully presented, which isn't always a guarantee in a high-volume brewpub.
​The Brews: High on Creativity, Low on Consistency
​It is truly great to see a Delhi spot experimenting with multiple flavors all the time. Whether it's a Poha Creampie or a Jamun Pale Ale, the innovation is refreshing. There’s absolutely no judgment here—to each their own when it comes to quirky infusions—but there is room for improvement in the core technical execution.
​While the experiments are fun, the brewery would benefit from cementing their Lager, IPA, and Stout.
​The Goal: Making sure these "pillars" of the menu are consistently good and technically sound every time you visit.
​The Verdict: The beer can definitely be better, but the passion behind the vats is obvious. If they can dial in the consistency of their staples, they’ll be unstoppable.
​Final Verdict: Go for the incredible vibes, the top-tier food, and the wonderful staff. It’s an exciting addition to Delhi’s nightlife—I’m looking forward to watching them refine their craft.
