Imperfecto Mehfil

Everything including the ambiance and the food makes it a great place to visit while in chandni chiwk that old delhi vibes are there in the interior. The fiod is also quite delicious must reccommend is Mushroom galauti , noodles, pina colada , paneer butter masala, biryani and garlic naan

The staff was quite unwelcoming. They insisted that I pay service charges, and when I requested to remove them, they bluntly told me not to come if I can’t pay. As per the Supreme Court’s ruling, service charges are optional and totally up to the customer.

I ordered the veg platter, but one item was missing. When I asked, they said that item was discontinued long ago, yet the menu hadn’t been updated. That particular item was actually my favorite, so it was quite disappointing that they didn’t inform us in advance.

On top of that, a Coke can with an MRP of ₹40 was billed at ₹160, which felt unfair.

The only positives I noticed were the ambiance and the good photo spots. The food itself was just okay.

The food wasn’t good AT ALL.
The decor and staff were nice but the pizza was soggy and pasta almost bland.

Visited this place and was shocked to see them charging ₹85 for a packaged water bottle with ₹20 MRP. As per the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 & Packaged Commodities Rules, 2011, no restaurant, hotel, or cinema is allowed to sell packaged items above the printed MRP.

This is not about ambience or service charges — this is a clear violation of consumer rights. GST and service contribution are separate, but inflating the base price of a packaged commodity is illegal.

Attaching proof: bill + bottle with MRP clearly visible.
Restaurants like this spoil the dining experience by indulging in malpractice.

Very bad experience, taste of food is very bad, quantity is very less as compared to prices, this is the first ever restaurant for me where on Sunday evening they ran out of beer and chocolate shake, they don't give bowls for dal and gravy vegitables, have to ask for the same and then my nephew has to pick them by himself, management should look into this or this restaurant will soon meet the ill fate, I am surely never coming back to this restaurant, will pick up something decent to eat from food court on my way out. Only good thing about this place is orchestra that is playing some really good songs

Because we were in Chandni Chowk, my taste buds automatically awakened and I started craving some bold aromatic flavour. We ended up here in spite of the equally distracting food court section and ordered Paneer tikka, butter naan and Kadhai chicken. The chef paid attention to our specific requests without compromising on the flavour. Naan was crisp and light, just as we wanted. Our server recommended their famous rogan josh which I plan on having the next time I’m here.

They have Sufi nights on Saturdays and live Bollywood on Sundays!

Final Thoughts
We had an amazing time at Imperfecto Mehfil. From the ambiance to the food, everything exceeded our expectations. If you’re a fan of fine dining with a touch of antique luxury, this place is a must-visit.

Had an awful experience here. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Before even taking our order, the waiter asked if we’d booked via Zomato or Swiggy and said no discounts would apply. though we did not book anywhere it was a weird start for us

We had an infant with us and politely asked to lower the loud music, but they rudely refused, saying “yahi rahega.” When we tried to move to a quieter table, the waiter said they wouldn’t serve us there. The manager, Keshav, was equally arrogant and dismissive. didn’t even bother talking to us properly.

We eventually walked out because of their attitude. No courtesy, no apology, nothing.
Never visiting again. horrible service and zero respect for customers.
